We asked him what the heck is going on and he said “you guys must have been loud and he was asking you all to be quiet.” We were extremely offended because we were very quiet. He then proceeded to tell us if we are upset that we could just check out and leave. He was so rude! We could not believe it. We just drove 8 hours to go to a wedding. We travel a TON. We’ve never been treated so terribly. This place woulda been a nice enough stay, but when you’re told to leave and you’re the one being bothered?!?? . I don’t even send food back at a restaurant, I’m so chill. They shouldn’t have someone so rude on their staff. I was . I mean we all have bad days. But wow, you treated us terribly. The front desk gals in the morning were nice enough, but we should have been compensated for our stay for treatment of their staff.

Full kitchen with all needed utensils, comfortable bed , excellent room & cleaning staff & front desk plus a great breakfast selection. The location was also very good. The only issue, & it was tiny, was the orientation of the bathroom door, a pocket door would fix that. Oh yeah the AC was ice cold and the water supply must have had an instant heat system, took a few seconds to get hot water. Laundry room is next to exercise room so you can get on a treadmill while waiting for your laundry to be done, Nice outdoor pool and weber BBQ grill also available , you can’t find a better place than this place.

No hot items at all, need improvement.

Check in process went smooth despite our late arrival and got good recommendations for late night dinner spots. Room was very comfortable.

The room was very clean m, the staff was kind and helpful and helped in anyway possible for the use of the pool to grilling!!! Great job and excellent stay!!!

After a bad experience with another hotel just a few hours early in same city this the hotel was such a welcome relief. Check in was easy, staff receptive, room so nice and clean, shower was amazing. Will be our new location to stop next time we pass thru Las Cruces.

Excellent all around. I was surprised at the cigarette butts all in front of the grilling patio. The stone patio was covered in front of the patio chairs on the ground

Quick check in and out. Accessible rooms not far from entrance. Continental breakfast 6am and pool opened at 7. Perfect vacation spot convenient to highway and retail stores.

Formal Corporate Complaint: Severe ADA Non-Compliance and Booking Breach – Confirmation #65230 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a week-long stay at the **TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Cruces, from which my husband and I checked out on Friday, June 19, 2026. This stay resulted in a severe violation of promised accommodations, compromised physical safety, and a total failure of standard hospitality practices. I have Multiple Sclerosis and significant mobility limitations. Because a fully accessible bathroom is a strict medical necessity for me, I booked this stay six months in advance (January 2026) and followed up with a direct phone call to the property. I was explicitly assured by hotel staff that an ADA-accessible room with proper grab bars and a bath seat was secured and guaranteed. Upon arrival, we were informed that our accessible room was not available. The front desk staff offered no viable solution, suggesting only that we move rooms mid-stay—an impossible task for someone with my physical constraints. As a result, we were forced to spend our first evening traveling to a local CVS to purchase our own shower equipment so that I could safely bathe. The standard room's tub and out-of-reach amenities caused me immense physical anxiety and distress throughout our stay, for which we paid nearly $1,000. To conclude the experience, the front desk completely ignored us during our Friday morning checkout, offering no acknowledgement or standard departure courtesy. If needed I can provide: 1. My original booking confirmation and correspondence detailing the explicit request for an ADA room. 2. Our final invoice totaling nearly $1,000 for a room that failed to meet legal and corporate accessibility standards.

No towels nor soap in bathroom. Found out already when under the shower. Fridge super loud.
