Cleaning the room was every 7th day of stay which is not practical. The room service should be full everyday including hard cleaning with fresh linen replacement rather than soft touches.

On this trip, we had a/c issues at the previous hotel. So I had high expectations for this hotel and they met them. Upon arriving, the front doors had locked since we arrived a few minutes after 11pm. It was annoying that I waited about 10 minutes for the front desk person to let me in but he was extremely apologetic. I was tired and done after a very long day and the last thing I wanted was to be locked out of the building. Maybe consider having someone always stationed at the desk? Because I do value the security of the door being locked. We stayed in a suite and the setup was exactly what we needed. Lots of room for our things and the beds were phenomenal. Two of the towels in our bathroom had red stains. Not sure if was from blood but, personally, I wouldn’t have used those towels. The part with the red stains was literally folded out on display. So, there’s no way the staff didn’t see it. I moved those from being used by my family. Otherwise, everything else was great. The a/c was cool. We woke up on the late side and got the cooler breakfast items after 8:30am. So I wasn’t a fan of the hard cold diced potatoes or the cooler sausage links. The bread & bagels weren’t great plain or toasted. The oatmeal was perfection. Loved the front desk lady we checked out with. She truly listened to what I shared. We weren’t there long and didn’t use other amenities but they looked useful,

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Great free dinner and breakfast. Would have been a perfect 10 for everything if pool was operating. However, they were working to get it back and up AND offered free admission to local pool at their city aquatic center. My disappointment over the pool matter quickly disappeared with the other amenities and care from the staff.

We had as a family 3 reservation to celebrate my grand daughter's 13 birthday. That was a bummer! Also the rooms were in need of upgrades badly. The door knob on closet door was broken, the carpet was dirty and furniture, The manager was tried to transfer our stay to a sister hotel but could not prolly due to new ownership. We asked for discount or free stay but not given. Prolly won't stay there again. Would love our money back cause we prepaid. Not satisfied won't recommend this place. To others planningto stay ICH is ownership POOL was closed and rooms weren't that great for $190. Hope we can't get a response!

We have stayed here every summer for one night as we pass through on our way back to Phoenix from Dallas for 4 years now. Every time we have stayed, staff has been helpful, the facilities were clean, breakfast was good. We typically arrive right at 3pm or a little bit before and we are always able to get straight into our room. We always stay in the 2 bedroom suite, which is perfect for me, three teens and a dog- everyone has a bed/pull out couch to use.

The room was very clean, unfortunately the outdoor pool was out of order in this hot weather.

I will give everything that was great first because there is a lot. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were awesome, my granson really loved the fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt. I enjoyed the coffee and a great selection of flavored creamer. The soda machine was a nice surprise. The pool was the best part until it was closed for a maintenance issue. So we were unable to access the pool the last 3 days of our stay. Im glad the A/C worked good, it was 103° when we visited. We really missed the pool. The suite was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The downside was the carpet was filthy and stained where it looked like dogs had peed on the corner of the beds, leaving dark stains on the carpet. The couch stunk like wet dog. The tub and tile floor were dirty. I bought bathroom cleaner and air sanitizer to do some cleaning up and tried to cover the smell on the couch as best I could. Other than the standard of cleanliness I liked this place.

This has to be the worst place to stay in Las Cruces, the only reason we went was to use the pool and it was closed. The staff all had an attitude of it wasn't there fault and no management on site from Thursday to Sunday. They offer a business center that had no ink and when staff was asked to replace they said the ink was locked in managers office. We never got 1 day of room service and had to call for towels, toilet paper and trash bags daily. The cost of this run down hotel is not worth it. This place needs to train staff on customer service and fix or remove services they no longer have. It was a very disappointing stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was especially soft and cozy, I slept really well each night. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
