Super 8 by Wyndham Las Cruces/White Sands Area

My son and his friends stayed here for 2 nights and they said it was great. I loved that fact that they let 19 year old's stay here, it's hard to find some place that lets some one stay that's under 21. Thank you Super 8 for taking care of my son and his friends!

Nice room

Clean and comfortable

The room was clean enough but our room smelled. The sink drain didn’t have a stopper and it drained slowly. The tv was clear and had a good picture but we had to set the input every time we turned it back on. We asked for a king bed but got a room with two queens. The breakfast was nice. We liked the location.

Honestly it was all chill except the TV didn’t work but I got to talk to my friends which is better anyway

Its in a good location All thought the booking says they have a pool, the lady at the front ( who isn't friendly, almost like she doesnt want you to bother her) informed my husband that their pool isn't open till next year. The room was a room, decently clean. The a/c sucked it never cooled down in the room. They charged the 50$ deposit with my room total i did get my deposit back it'll take about 3-4 days. I however read some reviews on here that said they hadn't got their refund so I called 2xs just to make sure id get it, the young man who works nights was kind, the lady during the day was annoyed that I was even asking. The beds are hard, I asked for 2 extra pillows and the guy did help me out but I was informed that they dont have alot of extra stuff like pillows. In the morning at about 7:30 the house keeping knocked on my door ( to be fair tho I forgot to put my do not disturb sign out) to see when we were going to check out. I check out breakfast and it was 3 different breads for toast, powdered donuts, cereal, bananas and apples, yogurt, milk and coffe. All in all it was a good location but not worth the price I payed for the room.

My screen was too big. I rated five stars all the way across nice property. Very nice staff no complaints whatsoever. Enjoy myself for a short time. I was there.

MAIN DISCOMFORT WAS ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE

Let me start off by saying the staff was great! The room on the other hand was just ok. We were happy to have a roof over our heads and running water. The carpet was disgusting, I wouldn’t walk on it in bare feet. The furniture looked like it was from a yard sale that someone should refinish. The t.v. Had to be turned off and on at the monitor and the first set of towels we had were stained. Not to mention the moldy shower curtain and tub with a matching scummy shower head. We were happy to be offered a first floor room since there is no elevator. Last but not least, breakfast. I suppose cereal does count as breakfast…

Nice place good customer service

The room was not clean. The top lock on the door was broken. The bathtub had hair in it.

Do you even comprehend how bad that could have been? Do you understand YOUR property AND Wyndham would be completely liable. I have made a report with Wyndham. I also sent photo. Dont stay here. Just font. Spend that extra few bucks. Seriously.

Found a dirty needle! Absolutely beyond beyond not good!

Clean room. Makeup removers. Ac, cool air even when not on. Clean sheets. Very comfortable

Room was clean. Upgraded us. Air conditioning was very good.
