Super 8 by Wyndham Las Cruces/White Sands Area

Carpets were wet, hole in wall, no ac, very limited food in am, very moist in night.

Could be cleaned better

This was an easy on and off the highway location. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. It felt safe and sound. I slept well.

Considere to build an elevator for people older than 80 years

The staff at check in were very friendly , attentive with the extra mile to make sure that I was in a comfortable room with all the amenities that I needed.

When I went into the room I thought the windows were dirty on the outside and then I realized that there are equally dirty inside. Other than that the room was adequate for the price.

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was super. Layout of room was nice, also. Breakfast with bagels and yogurt would have been nice.

Room was very outdated but AC was cold, TV signal was in & out. Pool wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast was just cereal, toast, yogurt, & coffee. Staff was helpful!!

Nothing Woke up to bugs in bathroom, blood on the blankets, the side of bed was full of stains, it was disgustingly gross. This place shouldn’t exist run down, dirty and disgusting. Rude customer service. Will never be back

The room was visibly dirty, the ceiling paint was bubbled and breakfast was not worth it. We had to ask for extra towels to accommodate. Would not stay here again.

Hotel snobs need not apply, carpet everywhere needs to be removed, gives that old musty hotel. Beds, meh... Breakfast is only sugar, so be ready for that. Pool was out, being repaired during our stay, end of May.

Nothing really... Worst stay ever. Won't be back The way we were treated by morning staff was not professional at all very rude, bed was really dirty, downstairs windows don't lock in a couple rooms so they had to move us up stairs and I have disabilities where I can't go upstairs but I had to just to get sleep for the night cause they didn't have anymore rooms and I didn't want to stay in a room where I didn't feel safe where the windows didn't lock downstairs. The room we stayed in upstairs smelled like smoke and my clothes smelled kike smoke when we went home. The phone didn't work to tell them about the dirty bed so had to go down stairs again to tell them at midnight when we finally thought we were going to be able to relax after check in there was no one at the front desk and we waited for about 15-25 minutes and noone ever showed so went back to room upstairs and called on our phone no answer so we just had to pull back the top sheet and send sleep on the dirty bed. Will never go be back and won't recommend to anyone at all specially anyone we know.definetly didn't deserve to get treated like we did by front desk in the morning when we checked out and was trying to explain to him about everything and wanted to speak to a manager about everything but he over talked me the whole way so we ended up leaving.

Do not pick this motel if possible.

Lobby and hallways smell awful. Marijuana stench everywhere. Wasn’t informed that the pool was closed so my 4 year old was very sad about that.

Great place to stay and reasonably priced.
