Studio 6 – Las Cruces, NM - Telshor

EXTREME disrepair, A/C leaked and there was water on the floor. Our room #305; the window was open and there was NO screen on the window. There was an odor in the room that smelled of mold. Linen was stained, saw & killed several bugs.

Close to venue I was attending Room was not that clean seen a roach bed had no fitted sheets limited towel for number two f guest and room had weird smell

The front desk staff was rude. Our key cards were reset in the morning even though we paid for two nights. Had to ask for additional towels and a hand towel. Was told to "bring the used towels" to the front desk. The pool/whirlpool were cold and nasty.

Other than the Price nothing good about this place! It was pretty cheap but now I know why! Where do I start. For one very poor customer service. Then as you entered it had a weird smell. We get into the room and the smell is till there. Furniture was broken, beds were stain, shower was not even clean it still had hair from the previous customer. First and last time I book with Studio 6. I will never stay there again.

For starters I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years but it’s been a couple years since I’ve been there. The front desk girl was very nice. And that’s where the good ends. The room was terrible. Head board was broken and hanging off the wall, there was a pair of scissors left on the bed. The toilet seat was broken, like cracked in 2 different places. We stayed on the 3rd floor which had no AC, and the rooms AC wasn’t great so it only cooled down half the room. The TV was tiny and the picture was terrible (which ultimately doesn’t matter) but if you’re planning on kicking back in the room watching tv. Good luck. There was a las cruces guide book tucked into the entertainment center deal, when I removed it to look at it, it exposed an electrical box full of wires 😂😂. The smoke alarm went off multiple times for no reason, you could also hear the low battery beeps in multiple alarms throughout our floor. There definitely was some full time residents there, most of them weren’t bad, but there was definitely some questionable ones. They were short on towels. The pillows were terrible. Like for-real if you’re staying take some pillows, I had to go buy some. Damn near all the vending machines and ice machines were broken. Pool was decent, hot tub was broken and nasty looking. Overall if I could give it less than one star I would. Definitely worst stay I’ve had in a hotel in many many years.

Now the negatives. The shower water was not hot. Whomever cleaned the room forgot to clean out the refrigerator because there were three containers of used salsa. Also, the sink had some debris in it.

When I got there they did not have a clean room and it was an hour after check-in. Then when I went to the room they gave me it was not clean. The beds were not made then they gave me another key and it I had to go back down and it did not work. Once I got into the room it was just a regular room with a refrigerator, not a studio or a suite as advertised. Then I tried to lift the shade up and the shade didn't work. Then I wanted to have a cup of coffee and the coffee maker didn't I went out to get something in the vending machine and every Coke machine on every floor was out of order and the snack machine only took quarters. It was absolutely ridiculously terrible. I will never ever go back to a hotel by motel 6 also, the management complained about their staff and that housekeeping wasn't doing their job to me. Very unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews at all but I felt like this needed one

The hotel was cheap, but you get what you pay for. There was hair on beds and in the shower. Floors were very sticky. Hallways were dirty. There were a lot of people living there and it felt rundown. Waited 20 minutes at front desk just to check in with no staff in sight. Hot tub was broken and being used as a kiddie pool.

West the best but wasn't the worst Staff asking a few hours before check out if we were leaving, and trying to charge me more for my 15yr old thinking she was older also I put I reserved it to pay at facility and they took payment out way before arrival

Front desk worker was amazing. However the property needs maintenance. Our room was poorly cleaned.

Air was off when room, no filter on unit very dirty plugged up coil and took forever to cool down room
