Studio 6 – Las Cruces, NM - Telshor

Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place.

Pretty good well maintained Motel 6 in a safe area surrounded by way more expensive places. If you looking for an affordable place to sleep that’s secure and clean this hits the spot

The hot tub didnt work and the door to my room was hard to open had to get my key redone 3 times

Good

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There were wires sticking out of sockets. They had no hair dryer in the restroom just the cord to connect it but the actual dryer was cut from the cord. They had an ironing board but no iron. We were 3 guests but they only put 2 towels in the room. When i checked in the guy in the front counter said he tried to cancel my reservation because he thought I wasn’t going to show up but he wasn’t able to no matter how many times he tried. We were driving from Denver Colorado so it was a 10 hour drive so I didn’t really appreciate that he told me that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never be making a reservation there again.

Adequate space. A good part of town. The mattresses were uncomfortable and it was noisy all night long. I chose not to stay a second night even though I booked it.

Location Could be cleaner

Location, staff, and because we were veterans we were able to check in early without charge! Could have been a little updated and clean

Most of the staff was friendly. Room's air conditioner functioned well. Hotel is falling apart. Hallways and common areas were very dirty. Elevator buttons held in place with scotch tape. One emergency exit was not usable. Vending machine was out of order.

Nice clean room quiet easy to rest.

First room was given had blood stains throughout bedding sheets blankets etc. No lights worked and there was what looked like was feces on the wall. Complained got new room. Which wasnt much better. Still had numerous stains on bedding. But lights worked. But since didn't get to hotel till 1am and was not going be at room but a couple hours stayed night. Checked out the very next morning and found another hotel right next to this one and was too notch. At similar cost.

Affordable The toilet didn’t work and staff didn’t try to fix it or call plumber. The bed were to be queen and got full. Staff never want to bring essentials to room or the housekeeper. Small tv with only few channels working . The pool water felt gross . No discount or to exchange room was was allowed.

There was no coffee in the morning. Most of the ice and snack machines had signs that stated they were out of order. When I tried to call the front desk to request two additional wash clothes (three occupants, only one wash cloth in the room), there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The staff was very polite through it all.
