Great front desk, and good location

Traveling with 5 children. Very clean and great facility. Nothing

I felt safe, the beds were super comfortable. (Even the sofa bed), the room was clean, pool area was clean, breakfast was great. Plenty of hot water for all 5 of us to shower. Having a whole kitchen was great. Loved having the freezer. Kind of a weird musty smell but- we got used to it.

No vent fan in bathroom

The breakfast organization is poor… you need more space to accommodate the customers

The location was good. The room was not as clean as it should have been.

Room was very clean, breakfast was good, but not very warm eggs and sausage, access to road not ideal. The person who checked us in was very friendly!

Nice facility, clean rooms. Only complaint was other guests returning to their room after midnight, and having a very loud, heated argument both nights we were there. This isn't the fault of the hotel.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got a text from Gabriel to see if everything was ok. Room great and breakfast was fine.

Great stay.

The look and feel of the property is what you expect from Home2. This was the nosiest Home2 hotel I’ve stayed in. The walls did not block out any noise from the interstate, other rooms or hallway.

It's too stringent on the time frame that we can cancel the booking. My stay should have been on March 6th, but the deadline for cancelation with full refund is March 1st. I tried explaining that i booked this trip for my daughter's gymnastic competition, but my daughter got hurt/ injury on March 4th. When i tried to contact someone about the situation, i was only able to talk to AI system, not live person. That led to us unable to cancel with at least some refund. I was charged that night of stay without being there...

Everything was great, the room and staff were fabulous. We felt the $75 US fee for our small dog was excessive as we always travel with a blanket (in case she gets on the bed) and her dog bed. There could be a more reasonable pet fee with a deposit that’s non refundable if extra cleaning is necessary.

The room was adequate. The bed was not very comfortable and you could hear people talking in the hall. Staff was friendly.

A/C-heater dedicated to fo as it wanted and hot water was to be desired. To may people not staying but partying took up the spaces. Will not be staying at this chain any longer. I asked for corporate's phone #. Left photos with desk clerk. Thats how bad!
