The front desk staff was friendly and nice.

Thank you for our stay! The staff were always so helpful, we had a shuttle all day long to the city and back to the hotel which made our stay way more easier with our daughter

The property was really clean, real nice big rooms but elevator was located really far from the reception area and only one of the 2 elevators was working to take us to the room on 6th floor. It was very close to all the activities on the strip which was really nice. The resort is located right across from the airport and was a little noisy when you were trying to sleep. This was our first time in Las Vegas.

Great hotel. Major plus being so close to the strip !

The room was spotless, had everything we needed (even a washer/dryer). Having the small kitchen was good, we made our breakfast early in the morning before going out downtown. They also have a shuttle service that runs from 10AM – 11PM, every 30 minutes. The shuttle leaves you at Planet Hollywood and picks you there. The only thing, if you are early birds like us, the shuttle does not start until 10AM. But there is a bus station about 2 minutes walking almost right in front of the hotel, you can take it and it will get you right onto the Strip in less than 10 minutes so, no big deal for us. If you rent a car, parking is free. Also, there are a few eating options right on the same complex so, you don’t have to go out to get something to eat, you can get it there… Next time we go to Vegas, this will definitely be on top of my list...

Clean room, spacious and very close to the strip

We were on the first level so Im not sure why we didnt get this done. Im serious ZERO ROOM SERVICE and we requested it calling the front desk and they blew us off. Nice rooms but if you stay long, plan on cleaning the room yourself

Clean and spacious. Quiet location. And the staff was very helpful.

Lots of space in our suite. Quiet and comfortable for the most part. The bed was too soft for my taste so quality of sleep could have been better. We had a lot of pressure when we checked in to participate in a timeshare presentation. The free shuttle to Planet Hollywood was a nice feature. Overall good experience.

Clean and spacious property. Nice amenities. The parking lot can benefit with better lighting.

4pm is a late check in time imo. Also, I asked to extend my stay and was led to another check in kiosk where I was given a selling spiel. I tentatively agreed to the "tour" but couldn't make it. That pissed off your sales department and the manager who got pretty bent with me on the phone. I had paid $970 more for 7 more nights and she canceled it because of her anger. I'm not impressed.

For the price you can't go wrong with this hotel. And to have shuttle to the strip is a plus. I have no complaints nothing

Awesome place! So much room! Everything you need is there. There was 6 of us and still had plenty room. Loved it!
