Palace Station Hotel and Casino

Wonderful hotel, great restaurants, and a very polite and helpful staff! We will definitely visit the hotel again.

The room cost $100 than expected.

The room was okay, but I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave available. Having these basic amenities would make the stay more comfortable, especially for guests who need to store food or heat meals.

Be aware of the checking in times as it’s 3pm. If arrive earlier than that, it is hard to get a room. Same when you check out. It’s 11am. Any extra time is extra money.

Towels were stained, so was bathtub. Hair on bathroom floor. Would have been nice to have a fridge, I gather that’s an extra charge. Check in and out was terrific, and friendly staff. My son and I ate at the brass fork and we found hair in his food. Thank goodness they didn’t charge for his meal.

Great staff! Was checked in by the VIP office, made me feel special! Great clean room with an amazing view of The Sphere, downtown and one ugly gold tower. Having a movie theater inside was an added bonus. Can't go wrong staying here.

The staff friendly and helpful at front desk. The elevators were horrible. Sooo, sooo slow. Going up and down, didn't matter. Doors opening and shutting were geriatric. So when leaving, and many others leaving, and the elevator stopping at almost every floor going down...... with the elevator doors being horribly slow, it took so long to get down to main level. And freaking hot with sooo many people creamed in there.

Room was clean but no fridge (additional cost), quiet and hotel has many good restaurants and activities accessible

Everything was great, the staff was extremely helpful, especially Jasmine helping with the stn app,all the transport drivers were exceptional too. Thank you all for making our stay great, we will be back !!!

Booked a non smoking room, upon walking into my room it smelled like cigar smoke
