Palace Station Hotel and Casino

Very clean, well maintained, Friendly staff, Wonderful pool and Pollution free zone.

We basically stayed for the price and convenience. The room was clean, our "City View" room had a nice view of the parking structure . The room was clean and comfortable. What else do you need?

Overall, the property was nice and clean. The only thing I did not like were the pillows. They were not comfortable at all. They should re-evaluate those and try something new.

Excellent property. Clean, well maintained casino with LOTS of video poker. Casino music set to very comfortable volume levels. Small but very well appointed rooms. Rooms are as nice and clean as many more expensive Strip rooms. Free parking in well designed garage.

Always a go to with a quick trip into Vegas

Booked a 2 night stay to relax and unwind. Found out the pool was closed for a private function...when we asked why we were charged $45 a night resort fee just to have no access to the resort and asked for a refund, we were told that there was nothing they could do. They said a manager would contact us but they never did. We have stayed here before but I don't think we will again

Excellent breakfast, staff attended and casino

My fav place to stay! Everyone is so lovely here. My only complaint would be the elevators sometimes you have to wait awhile depending on if they only have two running

Great place to stay

My room was well maintained and kept tidy throughout my stay. Staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was attending a multi-day conference, so I appreciated how I was treated and the location of the property.

It was okay. I hadn’t realized how far off the strip this is. Not very convenient location. This is a non-smoking property and it’s over communicated upstairs in the rooms and hallways and yet, the people next door were smoking. People were smoking in the hallways. Cigarette butts just trashed along the hallways. That wasn’t nice. The pool was nice but the lifeguard didn’t actually stop kids from jumping, jumping in the hot tub or in general being menaces. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was just okay. Could also hear everything from hallways and next door in our room.

The breakfast selection was ok we found ourselves eating out more than the restaurant options inside of the hotel
