Great place for a week stay! Would come back again!

The hotel and casino exceeded my expectations except in two areas, the cleanliness of the room and the elevators. When we checked in there was a used bar of soap in the shower and two pieces of trash on the floor. During our stay the floor was never vacuumed and once we were left with no toilet paper. Of the five elevators, two of them were not functional and a third one shook terribly.

Rooms are clean, if there’s an issue they are quick to take care of the problem. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is really good with a good size serving. The ambient in the casino is great, easy to get around without getting lost. If you don’t want to gamble they have a movie theater.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the Strip. Parking was straightforward, with both valet and self-parking available. Overall, it offered very good value for money. Upon arrival, we were told that the room we had booked was no longer available, so we would need to stay in a different room for the first night and move the following day. When we asked whether the price would be adjusted, since the replacement room was a lower category, or whether any compensation or additional benefits would be offered for the inconvenience, the front desk staff member seemed irritated and gave rather unclear answers. We also received very little information about the hotel itself, including things like Wi-Fi and the pool. Having to change rooms the next day also disrupted our plans to some extent. Overall, we were disappointed that no price adjustment or other form of compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

I had an amazing experience staying here.very clean room and great amenities.I’ve stayed here so many times and the staff’s specially Julianne (front desk representative) was amazing and very friendly.I’ll stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are not wanting to be right in the middle of the action of the strip and price is great!! Staff was helpful, pool is beautiful! Only con is they don’t have a frig or microwave standard in the room, you need to pay for it.

Stayed 1 night because it's close to airport. Room was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast service at restaurant was very slow and expensive. Regular breakfast for 2 ($47) was more expensive than the room ($45). Ample parking, including a garage.

Nice, clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food options were good and not expensive. I’ll stay there again if I go to Las Vegas. I enjoyed being off the strip.

I really appreciated the clean room. I have stayed there several times and would definitely stay again.

I enjoy staying at the P. S. Hotel. It’s very centralized for me since I go for the softball tournament. I love the pool and hot tub. The only issue I have was the location of washcloth rack, it would be better place away from the face faucet as you can hurt your knee on it. This is just a suggestion to consider. Other than that, it is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Vegas.
