Clean rooms. $40 a day for valet. Have kitchen in the room with stove. No plates, silverware or paper towels in the room already. Empty kitchen.You have to ask.

Love this property and its convenient location to walk to other well-liked hotels and restaurants. It is a beautiful hotel, but does need some update with carpet replacement and couches.

Overall, hotel room price is reasonable, huge, clean, and comfortable location. Good customer service and spa services are rates AAA. Great for family stay and walking distances to enjoying the food and LV shows. Recommend to friends and families.

Was put on a room where middle of the week of our stay, the room had a water leak due to a broken valve. Was told to change room and also was told that I would received $200 hotel credit that I can used in any MGM restaurant. The $200 hotel credit was no where to be found and i ended up being charged with the expenses on the restaurant which I thought would have the credit deducted.

They need to make sure remotes have good batteries. The Hollywood movies available for rent was very poor.

The location is great. Only about 5-7 minutes to the Fountains. Hotel has no casino inside and we like it. Not very crowded in the lobby. The pool and the gym are very good. The room has a lot of dust - on the refrigerator, on the ventilations, on the sills.

Because of Booking.com payment misleading also they gave us to separate room without access each other on elevator we separate with my family I don’t have access to go them because of elevator. This is very sad.

Battery died on the safe and locked my valuable -‘couldn’t get the out. Ain’t taps were fixed so they spun around when trying to be used. The fridge wasn’t turned on and no switch to be found No cutlery - had to ask for it - even then the knives and forks were plastic No light switch by the side so I had to get up to switch it off. Quite a way off the strip -

Great stay at VDARA 5 star

Hotel showing its age. Enjoy the quieter vibe and ease of access to Aria, Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Room was clean but showing wear with outdated technology. Atrocious nickel and diming with fees and food and drink prices within the property. Pool is nice but small and crowded. Would be a good value without the fees and prices for food and drinks. As is, hard to see the worth of this once great property anymore.

The location and the hotel is perfect any time I visit Las Vegas. When you come in the lobby it smells pleasant, esthetically beautiful, they have great café and grabd and go options. The parlor room is nice. And its connected to Aria!
