The staff was great. The entire place reeks of smoke, even the "non-smoking" area. I stunk of smoke just checking in. If you love smoking, this place is for you.

Every staff member we encountered was great! Super friendly, happy and easy going. The buffet was really good and our room was very clean.

When you register, if you’re not using the valet service, there’s no indication of where you should park They said I couldn’t use the cart to take my luggage up for insurance reasons other hotels let me do it and I think they should too

Staff was friendly and always wanting to help. We have a boat and they offer plenty of boat/Rv parking. Food was really good at the steak house.

Really nice! Only downfall was check in was 2:00, but rooms weren’t ready until 4:00 and then had no towels in room. Really nice nonsmoking casino and bar

We stay at Riverside casino in Laughlin NV 1 night and the room was nice clean and cool for July! The concert venue was also great! Would go back

Our beds were lumpy they did offer another room but was so late when I got back to room didn’t follow up on! We probably wouldn’t stay again

The hotel is fun with all its amenities like bowling, billiards, many food options and relaxing pool area. If you're not a compulsive gambler then this is the place to stay. The only negatives I would mention is the ridiculous excessive resort fee and the hard mattresses in the room giving this old fart a morning back ache. The prime rib buffet was excellent and so was the burgers at the bowling court.

Casino/hotel has all you need to stay. From breakfast to dinner all is there. We were very happy with our time spend in this resort

The hotel first gave us a room on the 23rd floor, requested another room due to extreme music coming from pool area. Second room was okay at least clean. We had to leave 1 day early due to stomach issues with husband. Very disappointment
