Bottled waters in your room cost 5 dollars if you open them. Two small bars of soap, a tube of shampoo and a tube of body lotion is it. And by tube, think miniature toothpaste airline travel size. No tray to put the soap on by the sink. Wifi kept going on and off. The person checking me in gave me contradictory information regarding another night. Didn't say welcome to the Riverside or any sort of welcoming greeting. The one checking me out didn't ask how my stay was. There are lights that they turned on at dark above the pool, which shined directly on the room window. The blackout curtains worked fine for sleeping, but because the lights shined on dirty windows, you couldn't enjoy the night view. The beds are fine, but the pillows are on the smallish side. For a casino, it really lacked amenities and the hotel staff lacked common courtesy. As far as the casino, 40-1 for a four spot on keno is criminal. Having been to the Riverside a long time ago, as the place grew up, it got worse.

I've stayed at the Riverside Casino numerous times over the last 35 years. The last few times about half the elevators didn't work. This caused people to wait in long lines to be able to use the elevators.

The weather was crazy hot but ac worked great. Cleaning staff was amazing, pool was clean and plenty of places to relax.

Great place to stay, clean rooms, and the price was right. Plenty of parking with a boat and security is watching out for their customers. Cafe was great and sat us down with a party of 8 within minutes. Thanks for a great experience
