The room was disgusting smoking room that did not request. They couldn’t move me tot a non smiling. Sheets smelled disgusting. Furniture was old .

The room had two queen beds that were quite comfortable. The view out of the windows was amazing with the Colorado river right there. It was nice to have a Keurig in the room for coffee in the morning and 2 free bottled waters. A few things that they could upgrade would be to have a bigger TV because the TV was quite small. Also, the shower looked pretty old. Another thing that would’ve been quite helpful to have were lamps with ports that accommodated USB cables so that you could charge your phones on the bedside table because not everybody brings their phone plug with them. Luckily we brought our phone plugs with us because they had no USB ports in the room. One of the things that we would’ve liked to have seen was an adult pool. We were thinking about using the pool, however, it was so crowded with kids that we just decided not to. The staff was very helpful and the casino had a DJ playing music in the evening where people can dance so that was kind of an extra bonus. I really appreciated being able to check in at the machine in the lobby and check out on my phone. That made it pretty easy, considering the line to check in looked like there were about 50 people waiting, so I was really grateful to avoid waiting in that long line and just check in at the kiosk machine with my confirmation number. I think a lot of hotels could benefit from this. Overall, we had a nice stay.

They charged me for moving things in the courtesy bar, (fridge). $400.00!! We didn't use anything, we just moved things temporarily to put my husband's diabetic meds cuz it took them over an hour to bring a medical fridge! We put everything we temporarily moved back as soon as we got the fridge! Never again will I stay there!! My mom recommended this place & I was sad to tell her this!!!

I dont know if they were having sewer proble.s during our stay but it smelt like sewage when walking down the hallways to our room. Other than that everything else was great!

AC worked great and the water pressure as great but the room had dated furniture and was not clean since there was Cheetos in the floor and the lamps were stained shower also looked stained in the corners. Doors to the pool were dirty as well
