Dennys restaurant had very poor service. We were seated and after 15 minutes we just left. Never had a waitress or waiter take our order or even anyone say they would be right with us. So, we left and eat somewhere else outside of the casino.

Our room appeared to have been recently updated and it was beautiful. Everything in the room was in working condition and it was clean. We had reserved a room with a view of the river and were given a room on the top floor. We never waited more than fifteen seconds for an elevator. The property appears well cared for and the casino has an ample number of newer slots and lounges. Aquarius is a quick walk next door too. The only minor complaints are a lack of a better breakfast option (Denny's Grand Slam was overpriced just under twenty bucks) and the mattresses was hard. We would stay again!

They really should not be charging a Resort Fee for this property nor charging a deposit. The rooms have no refrigerator or mini bar and the Coffee pods they provide tasted gross. Everytime I left the property and came back, my keys did not work. I had to call Security 3 times to let me in and was forced to get 3 new sets from the Front Desk. They never disclosed to me when I checked in that if I put my room keys near my phone in my purse they will be demagnetized and won’t work. I have no idea what happened the other 2 times since they were nowhere near my phone. The Parking structure is so far away from the entrance that by the time I got to my car, I was completely drenched in sweat from the heat. The Ice machine was not working on my floor so I had to go in the elevator to the floor below for ice. They stuck me next to a person that kept going in and out of their room at all hours of the night to gamble meanwhile slamming their door on the way in and the way out. Not to mention them hitting the adjoining wall. I specifically asked not to be put next to anyone since the hotel was not fully booked. That didn’t happen. Absolutely awful experience. Will never stay there again.

Staff very friendly and clean Paid extra for a pool View and high speed internet and did not receive either plus was given 2 shower gels instead of shampoo

The rooms have been updated and the staff is great but the coffee maker worked once then it quit and the TV wouldn't turn on on our last night there

We had a great stay with a Riverview room. I loved that the pool was open late and you could rent jet skis just off the property. We will be back

I didn’t like the fact that they charged us a 75 dollar fee by saying someone was smoking in the room which is absolutely false they just wanted to keep the deposit and bathroom look like it was never clean not staying there anymore
