We had a nice stay . Clean rooms great price .

The main two things was the bed on my husbands side was very bad and sunk in he got no sleep and woke very sore. Then upon arriving we went to the bar and were ignored by the bar tender she was too busy chatting with what seemed to be locals or friends to even acknowledge us. We got up and left and walked around went and sat at machine to get waited on by cocktail waitress who was very nice.

My 93-year-old mother and I had a good time The day we were leaving, they should’ve let us know. There was gonna crane there, and we had to take another area to get to our car through valet.

The bed was so uncomfortable it was rock hard could not sleep for my trip

The pricing on the room was affordable There needs to be something that says that you don't get back $25 on Resort fee that's ridiculous

The bathroom was not as well lit as other places I have stayed. There was one light over the sink and the shower area was dark. When taking the elevator to leave, we pressed the casino level button and the elevator kept going to floors above us even though no one was waiting when the doors opened. We were on the 9th floor and the elevator went to every floor starting at 10 and going to 24 before finally going down to the casino level

the coffee machine did not work and we were unable to connect to internet. Room was great but the two issues mentioned should have been included in resort fee we paid. These issues were paid for but we did not get access.

It’s on the river Worst bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Very old, noisy springs, broken down, like sleeping in a hammock

Food Sink in the room had hair in sink and it was just myself and im bald. Also floors in bathroom wasn't really cleaned
