Older hotel, but clean. Good for the price.

Las instalaciones lucen descuidadas. El area de piscina no es llamativa. Algunos locales de comida permanecieron cerrados. No hay actividades recreativas como karaoke , lugar donde bailar o divertirse. Descanse pero es aburrido

Second room smelled like cigarettes Third room was dirty dusty had blood stains on curtains and floor also everything dusty this place really runned down.

Room was clean but bed was rock hard, not comfortable. No fridge in room.

The mattress of the room of the bed was very uncomfortable. He had wires it looks like they haven’t changed it in more than 20 years. Bathtub wear a dirty carpet dirty smelling it was just a bad day. I should’ve never got that. I was suspecting my refund to get back.

Everything was ok except the hallways and elevator area smelled like someone threw up all over the place but the casino was clean

We went to the Edgewater for our 40th wedding anniversary for 3 days and it was ruined on the first day my wife was taking a shower and slipped in the shower because it was so warn out and slippery it was very hard to stand in when we went to report it to the front desk they called over security who was very t rude and suggested that we go buy a a slip mat at Dollar General after we showed them the big bruise on my wife's arm and had shortness of breath they showed no concern to accommodate us the nice lady at the front desk was helpful and had housekeeping bring us a slip mat but my wife is still in pain and I have to take her for Xray our family will never go back there again I will also be showing these pictures on social media it was the worst trip ever.

This is our third time staying at this hotel, which we do love. Some improvements could be made on the rooms as cleaning we found a colored pill under the counter in the bathroom, which told me the cleaning staff did not wipe down the floor. The walls in the room really need to be scrubbed down when you move the nightstand or anything you can see all the dust on the walls especially cause it’s maroon and that’s been every time we’ve stayed there. One of the biggest downfalls of the rooms are no refrigerators with medication’s that I take. I need things to stay cold so that really makes me reconsider staying there again. We really enjoyed the adult time at the pool, wish it was a tad longer. It wouldn’t hurt to leave it open till midnight. I was finally convinced to get a players card, but it was really sad. You didn’t get any type of gift for any free play but yet you had to spend $25 to even get points that didn’t even go to any free play. Just some helpful hands to do those improvements would mean a lot.

We all made our reservations at the same time (4 rooms). They all opted to pay for a river view, but we didn't, to save some money. Once we all arrived and compared receipts, we discovered we all paid the same price! Our room was not on the river side and also was smaller than the others. Why was ours the same? While we were there, we figured everything was okay enough to not complain... but looking back, we maybe should have. Overall, it did the job and gave us somewhere to sleep (just barely)... but I'm not sure I would stay there again. We did enjoy the casino and we did enjoy Denny's. The Denny's employees were great.

Everything was functional. The hotel is definitely showing lots of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable.

Staff is really nice. Check in was easy. It’s nice for one night stay.
