Rooms were clean however there was zero hot water, the shower did not drain so you stood in 6in of water while showering no water pressure. The sheets feel like rough canvas. And one of my pillows had a weird smell to it.

When we walked up to our room, there was throw up on the carpet and the wall where we were going to enter our room. Our restrooms did not drain properly when we took a shower. It would fill up with water when we used to sink it would fill up with water and the toilet flush very slowly. In addition my truck got scratched really bad in the parking lot

Waiters at the cove seem to be in high gear all the time, one was actually running, I was on vacation and didn't need to them speeding around. Other than that everything was great, had a killer view out of our unit, plan to come back again.

Room was dirty. Refrigerator was very dusty. Hair in the shower. Stay was very disappointing.

We stayed here for two nights three days and had a pretty good time first night our sheet smelled like wet dog so we had them changed but other than that the room was great just an FYI if you want to review room it’s gonna cost you about $25 extra a day so beware of the extra fees when it comes down to upgrading the Aquarius café was pretty good very affordable I recommend it

Ise check In at 1:00 am y nos quedamos jugando asta las 4:45am más o menos y alas 9:35am estaban tocando la puerta . Que tenían que cambiar el filtro del aire ….. les dije ustedes tienen que ases los mantenimientos del cuarto antes de rentarlos …. Y luego no hay shampo y no body wash .

For the most part clean, wish the pool was open a little later for kids, other than that we enjoyed our trip

room could definitely use a refresh. Could not control A/C. room was freezing. Very understaffed at the restaurant. Almost 30 minute wait before I was acknowledged and order taken.
