Overall I liked everything. The only issue was with the elevators. Seems like routine maintenance needs to be done on them because a couple of them were down and it caused quite a delay on people being able to leave their floor as well as get to their rooms.

The room was awful. The bathroom had a red marks on countertop, the walls . The tube facet was leaking. I would not recommend this room to anyone.

The lights were very nice and held an atmosphere like no other. I didn’t like the smoke through the casino but none of the less, had a great time.

Room was great, food was good, staff was great. The only thing didn’t have any table games till Thursday had to leave and go to other casinos. In the restaurant not enough staff to maintain the load and the staff that was there did a fantastic job handling the crowd. We had waiter named Michael and waitress named Kristen they were absolutely fantastic. Very caring and concerning to customers needs.

It was a wonderful stay, like most hotels lately the properties don’t have proper plugs for devises and electronics. Also the was a crack in the room at the air conditioning unit exposing the out side.

Housekeeper tried entering my room at 8am, check out time is at 11am. Thank god I had the bar on the door so she could not get in, when I got up and opened the door she was still in the hallway and when I confronted her about opening my door she said yes but I knocked first, I said right but check out is at 11am she said she was just trying to start her rooms and wasn't sure if I was still in the room because front desk doesn't let them know, but again it's 8am

Very old and needs upgrades. No fridge, no microwave. I guess none of the hotels there have them unless you stay in a suite.
