Hotel portion was great. Older, but very clean and everything worked well. Great staff. Casino and food were ok, but not great. I would stay there again.

Our room was clean and well maintained. The TV was old and there was no microwave. Thankfully, we didn’t need to use any.

The pool was closed.

River room view and bed comfort was excellent, loved playing the Dotty's machines. Hardly any places to eat, don't care to eat at the Dotty's quick heat foods.

The river was not to far , prices was not to high I have to wait till 4 pm to check in

-Broken TV in my friends room and blood all over at check in and moved his room. But couldn't keep out two families next door for week long visit. -Homeless guy sleeping on couch on second floor untill he was removed by paramedics -Raw sewage smell on fist floor not avoidable every time you want to go to beach. -Dog poop on beach -No beach towels or anyone watching beach. -ADA compliant doors inop. So my visiting uncle in wheelchair had to wait for someone to open door for him because inside button to open door was inop and got stuck in between inside and outside door. -Gym closed early told was open untill 10 but at 9 it was closed -Strict one beer every 30 minutes when gambling at bar policy but yet kept giving a known person several drinks until she threw up all ovet bar and almost on me. - Gail hotel manager extremely rude and unapologetic. She told me to late this time. But next time, i'm free to stay somewhere else. What kind of responses that from a hotel manager

Well when you walk in from the riverwalk onto the first floor you are greeted with the lovely raw sewage odor that you just cant help but almost vomit to, lets see and the homeless guy that my kids say was there for 2 days living on a couch downstairs ..escalators were not working ,elevators creeked and groaned and have probably never been wiped down , and when your room comes with a shattered tv and blood stains on the wall that you payed extra for to get connecting rooms you never got you start to wonder maybe its my fault, and that's why the Manager Gail is being snippy and impolite to me and never even offer an apology for the inconvenience ...

The location was great the beach was beautiful. And the store when you come in was great and reasonably priced as well. My view was amazing Well first off there is no valet staff, which I find unusual. Also, when you walk in, you can just smell the smoke really bad not trying to cover it up at all. My room was musty and stale and it wasn’t an AC that worked very well and made a noise if you put it on high also, the TV was an old box TV not even a small flatscreen. Also there was trash under the bed and behind the nightstand as well one of the towels had makeup on it that was like use and just like re-folded and put back up there was no like small fridge and it was very dated.

I stayed here with my kiddos this past weekend . It was ok but the staff was great!!

Overall the King room was fine. The AirCond. worked great. Three issues, the shower/bathtub did not drain very well and the ADA shower stool was missing a rubber boot on one leg. (Stool was uneven and the affected leg could cause damage to the bathtub), and ice machines on the floors were not working. (The registration person did provide a small bag of ice). Several dining locations, during the evening hours, did not have full menus as we were informed several menu items were out of stock. Other dining locations were not well defined as being a dining location. The mexican dining location near the bowling alley was good and the staff was great.

I love the hotel!! But the tvs are old fashioned..hard to watch something on it .. and no pool... 😕.. beside that I love it! It's so clean and the staff is very friendly
