I didn’t like the hotel the razón is the hotel is to old Small old didn’t have iron no air dryer not refrigerator and when you play on the casino they don’t have machines were you can change a bill sorry but is to old that hotel stay on 90 Renovation completed

The windows being extremely filthy with heavyweight dirt and grime took the very essence of the room with a view of the river. I was expecting clean and clear windows for photo ops but thats was a total disappointment. All the staff are extremely elderly and it makes you feel sorry for all the heavy lifting they have to do for a decent paycheck or tips. Our chairs inside the room were stained and the windows had hand prints on the inside versus the cruddy grime on the outside. The entry keypad for the exclusive river area was inoperable and people jumped the fence to enter since it was an amenity of the hotel stay for guests. I would never stay here again. This is a hard NO in my book. Then going through Expedia and checking in at the front desk just to see multiple charges for the stay and extra a day for a deposit through the hotel so why even book with Expedia and not just go through the actual hotel for reservations! This was the worst experience I've ever had for any hotel stay and worse for my first time ever visiting Laughlin. The bell hop personnel were great and did their job to the best of their abilities especially being geriatric in age.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was free, and we went to the bar in the evening and got free drinks—I really liked it.

Pool is under renovation. During summer, not a good idea.

Pool wasn’t working, some staff were rude. What we paid was not worth our upgrade and my sheets and pillows were damp and when I called to get them replaced all they gave me were two thin sheets. Luckily I always take extra blankets and there was mold on ceiling. We had way to many things to pack up and move so we just dealt with it.

It seems like the room needs cleaner carpets.

There was bo breakfast served but the casino/hotel was exceptional. Nothing EVERYTHING was great.

I like the location and the fact that you could exit to the river walk. It was the Fourth of July weekend, which was pretty busy so it was OK. Pretty close to other properties. Rooms are very spacious.
