Staff was kind and pleasant. Elevators were extremely hot, the bathroom didn't have a hook on the door or any ventilation. TV had very limited channels. Not connected to the river walk!!

I like how they fix the private beach. It was a rainy season.And they came through and fixed it so we can use it I didn't like the there was a $100 overprice. You know saying, yeah, we broke it to the app. And it wasn't supposed to be there, but it was supposed to, because we use the pool and other in the private beach.

Service was terrible. Room service requested at check in but wouldn’t get done until late at night after three reminders to the front desk. Hotel was dirty unkept.

They charge an exorbitant amount of money to use beach furniture!! The jet ski rental is also very expensive, but I can understand that a little. But beach furniture??!!! People pick Harrahs because of their beach which they make unusable.

Nothing I requested extra blanket and pillow at check in, it never arrived. Upon entering the room, our telephone did not work. I had to go back down to the front desk to report it. I was told it would be fixed, never was fixed! The first night when we returned to our room, we had no hot water! The shuttle from the Tropicana dropped us outside the front door which was locked so we had to walk all the around the building in the rain. Most food places are closed during the week.

Staff and gaming Food from Cafe was sent cold missing items. However the café did make up giving us breakfast. Still the food in café breakfast the steak over cooked . Owell know next time. No microwave in room. Cost for handicap items like scooters or wheel chairs. Internet was hard to get on. Cost of TV movies ? Anyways it's been a long time since I took a vacation. My husband just passed away and this was my first vacation without him. Passed away.

The room was okay, the little tiny refrigerator was not helpful seriously hardly nothing fits in there I needed to iced my leg the ice packs didn't fit and the ice machine had been removed, we wanted clean towels every day we were not told we have to opt in, in the appt. I needed two extra pillows to elevate my leg it took few hours for a response. you got to do better Harras you got to.
