Air conditioning was not very good. Maintenance came to try to fix it, changed filter and fixed a stuck valve... but, when its 112, would be nice to go into our room thats nice and cold.

I really struggled that there where no carts to bring up luggage and valet was gone for night. Couldn't use any amenities for the resort fee because pool hot tub was closed when we arrived and opened after we left. Marijuana smell in lobby and in elevator somewhat on floor hallway

It was a good stay.

I like the kids pool and service but the a/c wasn’t working that good and needs some bathroom caulking carpet had two big stains but hopefully they put more maintenance effort to keep bathrooms more clean

Love the golden nugget much better than the other casinos in Laughlin rooms are much better and restaurants are better too

Clean room and staff were polite.

Well all I can say.about the room is, whoever the contractor is who is remodelling these rooms is ripping the hotel off!. The room looked rough. Only the bathroom/shower looked ok, the bedroom decor was clearly old as was the carpet outside and big dirty signs on the rooms they were supposed to be in the middle of remodelling. As for the rest of the hotel it was okay, it serves its purpose I suppose as a small time gambling operation with a few amenities but its certainly not like its surrounding properties when it comes to the Vegas like experience. It's probably better than the pioneer next door but pales in comparison to the rest in Laughlin. I should have paid the extra £20 and booked into the Aquarius. I had a gut feeling that was going to be a nice hotel and when I checked it out I was right.

Best place to stay in Laughlin. Always very clean and friendly staff. I love it here.

They recently took out the sportsbook due to corporate greed and that was the main thing I was going there for. The room had rust all around the bathroom door frame, air conditioning was terrible had to use a personal fan robe comfortable, in room coffee machine didn’t work

the pool is small but its ok

It was a great time my bed was uncomfortable but I called the front desk and they moved us to a different room immediately. We had a good time.

Cheapest rooms on the river. A/C UNITS SUCK!!!! Most overpriced restaurants in the casinos only options lol other than that rooms are nice. Plan to be hot.

Only complaint is that we are charged a resort

We like the first floor doggy park outside the rooms.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean but the restroom floor tile was loose and tiles were lifted. I had an incident where I sliced the skin off my foot.
