Alarm went off at 9am in all rooms on July 7th for about 20 seconds, my child was still sleeping and that loud alarm terrified her. She woke up crying. Confirmed with a family member in another room on the other side of the same building and that’s how I found out it was all the building that had the same issue. They too had a child that woke up terrified from the loud alarm in the room. Called it in and hotel lobby said they would look into it and not even an apology. Also woke up with bug bites every morning. Prices are great but not sure if I’ll ever stay in this hotel again.

I have stayed many times but the reservations were under a diferent name. This was however first time a room facing the river. So calming watching the river flow by. And perfect with a mini fridge. I will diffenitely make more trips

I always book at Pioneer. Room clean and I like how it's outside not inside..

its a modern room remodeled and I think people enjoy old school kinda motel/hotel layout to it, its a fun casino and has a great restaurant. live bands on the weekends.

Rooms were old and dirty. No cleaning service when we requested it. Will not be staying here again.

The property has good location. During my stay it was quiet outside, so I was able to have a restful stay. Regarding the staff, customer service needs improvement. Amenities in the room: No coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. Overall it was ok. The price was good.
