Location and price. Office was hard to find. Signage is needed since office is a half block away.

The AC didn’t cool the room down, the tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the shower didn’t drain properly and the ice machine didn’t have any ice. We called from our mobile phone to the front desk to either get a different room or get a refund but nobody answered. We went down to talk to someone at the front desk but the door to go in was locked and nobody answered the door when we knocked on it. We had a miserable night sweating like crazy and couldn’t sleep. I would recommend to stay anywhere but here!

The polite housekeeping staff and friendly front counter folks make a big difference.

The positives were: great air conditioning, and it had a refrigerator. The negatives were: No ice machines that worked, no toiletries, no Kleenex, no hangers, pillows were stained brown and yellow, and a hole in the wall. The big concern is that there is no lock on the outside doors of the buildings so anyone can just walk in and wander the hallways. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our room was clean but it's definitely a low budget motel. We had a King size bed that felt more like a box spring. People don't clean their dog poop when staff clearly states its to be done. I had my service dog with me. If bringing a dog make sure to bring bags because their holder didn't have any. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC does have a hard time keeping up when it is 120° out. Parking was super easy and the location is great. It's not somewhere I'd stay for more than a night but definitely not a cockroach motel. (We're used to Best Western and chains such as that).

The room was neat and clean. The pool left something to be desired. The bottom of the oool was very rough and the pool was dirty.

We came to the hotel and it had a distinct smell, other than the smell it was a wonderful hotel. The AC was nice, and the shower looked newly remodeled.

Pool was unusable, ice machines don’t work. But if you need a place to crash for the night you could do worse.
