Good location , quiet n clean room

The microwave didn’t work at all, no iron in the room and the full time residents all had pit bulls, awful scary when you are traveling with your loving pet dog. I would avoid this hotel at all costs whatsoever. Gang bangers, pit bulls and piss on the stairways. 😡

Didn't have breakfast there and the place was good N/A

First room was giving to me with a tv , ac unit, phone that didn’t not work and dirty couches. Not to mention there’s no ice machines on any of the floors . Got moved to a second room with an even dirtier couch and with a tv that had lines in the middle of it … definitely should’ve looked around for something better nothing like the reviews.

I checked in and went to the room and the TV didn't work. So I walked to the office and the guy said he would have someone to look at it in 5 minutes. I waited 35 minutes and then went back to the office and some lady was there and I told her what was going on and she started yelling at me. When I took my phone out to video her she took off behind a door. I have never been treated soo badly at any place I have ever stayed. I immediately checked out and told the guy that lady needs counseling. I wouldn't stay here even in a nuclear attack. Absolutely terrible place!

Front desk gentleman was very nice- cool AC, clean room No ice, no laundry

It was across the street from a store I didn’t like anything about the property. It was dirty. The Internet didn’t work. The TVs didn’t work. The beds felt like you were sleeping on springs I paid for two nights. The manager said he would. refund me for one night because of the TVs and Internet every time I talk to him he just says they haven’t emailed him yet. Worst place ever.

Room door would not close or lock! Rooms Need upgrades badly

The maid service was good but the ice machine was still broken worse yet internet and TV was off the whole time. Hotel was full but after it not being repaired by weekend people started leaving. Manager didn't care enough to give refund. He refused to give refund if you booked through Expedia. He didn't care if you left because he said he could book for $200 a night which he found out he couldn't with no TV no ice. It advertised laundry and that hasn't worked forever. The manager is extremely rude especially if you book through Expedia. I got one night out of him because I had them on the phone but told me that's all he's refunding me unless I book directly with him. I would not recommend this motel 6 for anything. I called about TV and said is would be fixed by tonight that's what he's been telling people for the last 5 nights

it had affordable pricing and close to the river and other casinos/hotels and resturants as well. Booked with "pay at property" option and marked arrival time at 7-8pm. Refeived a call from the hotel as i was still on my way there crossing the desert area (bad reception) saying that they were trying to charge my card for the stay (while i wasnt even there yet) and the transaction wasnt going through and i needed to give them my card info/update or theyre going to cancel my reservation (only gave me a small window of time to call back) which was difficult especially crossing the nevada desert as service cuts out or is absent. I tried calling back and they would not answer, called main motel 6 support and they said not to worry about it and continue to the property, also motel 6 support couldnt even reach the property as noone was answering. Once i got there i checked in and they didn't have any WiFi at all, or any Cable/tv at all. (They advertise wifi and cable) i stayed anyways because i have swrvice on my phone and wasnt planning to be watching tv much. Upon entering hallways they did have a strong unpleasent scent (mostly on the 3rd floor) lots of smoke smell. Hallways were extremely hot and upon entering my room it was extremely hot as well, i turned on air conditioning and left the room for about 3 hours. When i returned to the room it was surprisingly still very hotnin tbe room even with AC on for 3 hours to cool room. I thought maybe it just took a long time to cool the room since it was a good sized room. Went to bed woke up drenched in sweat from the room being so hot at about 1-2am, my 2 year old daughter also woke up extremely hot, we called to have it fixed and took about 25-30mins to have someone come. Thankfully they fixed the AC and said that it might have been the unit that was struggling a bit. Took about 20-30minutes and the room was finally cooled. Blankets also had some debris on it when first looking but i dusted them off and they seemed ok enough for use.

I should get a refund. The Internet was out. The Wi-Fi was out. The ice machine on the first floor was not working. And the place was sold out so all ice machines were empty. The neighbor next-door had streaming kids and nobody would do anything about it I am not a happy camper.

The location The fact that the front desk lady put me on the first floor knowing that I worked nights while visiting. The shower curtain wasn’t changed and the linen had hair attached to it!

The room was really nice and up graded no carpet it had a fridge and a microwave in the room The table only had one chair and the pull out sofa needed steamed cleaned

Clean room. Let's your dogs stay for free as long as they're well behaved. Cant beat the price.

The refrigerator didn't work, nor the TV remote. The staff was informed within 1 hour of check in for a two day stay. They never fixed it. The advertised laundry, pool and vending was all locked. The front desk said it had been for a year. The first floor ice machine was out of order.

I was surprised how nice it was for $99 on a holiday weekend. Good parking close to Laughlin.
