Only things I noticed were a hand towel was dirty folded with the clean side out , tissue box empty, there was coffee and cups but sugar packets were missing from the package. the key card didn’t not work, it was replaced next morning after asking at the reception, but we did check in late and last minute after a relocation from Expedia. Staff was nice and helpful

Stayed at several other motels before this and they weren't good but we're very happy with the Days in. We're in position of having to stay in a motel for a couple of months and we're pleased with Days Inn. The manager and staff are so helpful and cheerful. With a refrigerator and microwave plus the bonus of breakfast we're getting along well. Our room is kept very clean. Highly recommend it. It's close to every thing river, restaurant and casinos. Has a laundry that really works. The 120 degree days

The location and cleanliness. My experience with the front desk staff was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. One of the front desk employees, who identified himself as the manager, was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional from the beginning of our interaction. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and told me it was “none of my business.” Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he told me that if I didn’t like his attitude, I could go find another hotel. He then walked away, got into his car, and drove off, leaving the situation unresolved. This is not the level of customer service anyone should expect from someone claiming to be in a management position. Before we even entered the front desk, another guest was arguing with the same employee. At the time, we had no idea he worked there until he went behind the front desk, got on the computer, and immediately began questioning me in a rude and confrontational manner. Witnessing another guest having a similar experience before my own made it clear that this behavior was not an isolated incident. I do want to recognize the other two women working at the front desk. They were polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. They genuinely tried their best to make up for the unacceptable behavior of their coworker and should be commended for their professionalism. Unfortunately, the actions of the individual who claimed to be the manager overshadowed the positive efforts of the other staff members. No guest should be spoken to with disrespect or be told to take their business elsewhere simply for asking a reasonable question. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses this employee’s behavior so future guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
