The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was cramped with broken walls at the based area by the bathtub. The shower faucet was difficult to navigate and the tap water from the sink was warm and never got cold. Bathroom could have been bigger, was old, could have been more modern. The tap water could have been cold.

Ice machine was broken. Found some ants. Sink was leaking. Breakfast was yummy. Parking good. Beds squeaked. Sheets were clean. Floor felt sandy.

Nothing The breakfast was a joke. The hotel was under construction. If I would have known wouldn't have booked here. The room was not a queen room more full beds than queen.

I paid for a king bed non-smoking room. I received a queen bed and a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. There was a 6 inch long hair, two different spots in the bathtub when we arrived. The Wi-Fi was down 70% of the time the male employee at checkout was extremely rude. The only positive experience in this place with the two young ladies that checked us in. It was Labor Day weekend so they were sold out so they did not have any other options. I understand things go wrong, but they could’ve offered an air freshener or even an apology. But just got an attitude that they did not care.

Truthfully, we stepped on two bugs right when we opened the room. There were cracks in all of the walls but the beds were clean and it was able to get the job done for a last minute trip. I would not personally stay again however it was a place to lay my head and that’s really all we needed. Staff was friendly and the experience was not horrible.
