Tropicana Laughlin Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Appreciated having a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. Also, free parking was a plus! Bed was pretty worn and not very comfortable.

12th time staying. Actually look forward. Room is always clean, comfortable and spacious. Always leave filling rested and feeling supercharged.

Casino was fun , they got everything

Unfortunately the intake vent for the air conditioning was very dirty and filled with dust. Plus there was construction in a room directly above us starting at 7:00 a.m. The next morning. If I had known there was construction I would have requested a different room and when I brought it up to the front desk they said they had no knowledge of it. Disappointed with the communication amongst the departments and that affected my stay by being woken out bad. 7:00 a.m. With loud banging and drills going on directly above me. I have stayed there numerous times and always enjoy it, but for some reason this time there was a couple of things that I think should have been noted prior to me checking in.

I had a great experience you get what you pay for depending on where your room is located getting from the parking lot to your room is quite a ordeal, but in my opinion, it’s worth it

So the rooms come with body wash , shampoo and conditioner in the showers but the bottles all 3 of them were empty. I was very disappointed cause since it comes with those I would have thought they housekeeping would make sure they are at least have full but no they wee completely empty so I had to go and buy some but yes very disappointed ☹️☹️

We had a great stay. Great staff. Great restaurants that remained opened all night. Thank you.

Gambling, entertainment and food. KENO machines were "tight."

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Old hotel. It looked like it had not been upgraded since the 90s. Hot tub was Luke warm, and cloudy.

The location was great. While it's not on the side of the river, it's easily accessible. This property is dilapidated, the rooms look and feel tired, dingy, and not enough lighting. The day of our departure, the cleaning lady knocked on our door and proceeded to open the room at 8 am waking us up. Because they no longer clean your room unless you call, my room didn't even have a do not disturb sign to hang on the door. I've stayed here many times, but this by far was the worst experience. I still never stay here again.

The Tropicana has the best POOL area. Nestled between the two towers, it is completely shaded by 3pm in the summer, which is terrific. Although the pool area is the best of all the hotels, it could be cleaner. There were small areas of green algae in certain areas of the pool.
