I have stayed at numerous hotels in my life, and have never seen this before. I might understand at 10:30am, but not 8am. We came early to check in and your staff had us wait until 3pm. Which is totally fine, but why is the cleaning staff trying to force us to leave before check out time. We were woken up and had to get ready to leave as we could not go back to sleep. We checked out at 9:30am. Now the front desk took off the resort fee, but this still pissed us off. Your staff up to this point was super helpful and so friendly. We are sorry that our trip had to end on this way. With such a bad taste. We had planned to rebook for one week today, but now we are not so sure we will. We look forward to a response to this email. P.S. There was several issues during our stay, but we did not complain as the staff was very helpful with them all..

The table games and food options were amazing. Such an old-school Vegas vibe we will be coming back. The pool could use a little work, but that’s coming from somebody who had a pool business so we’re particular.

We just love the atmosphere at your hotel and the staff is always excellent. Great dining options are always a plus. We are ready to plan our next getaway!

Location and price Could use an upgrade. The room is older. Not enough towels provided to me in the room. Lady at check in was very rude

Not bad for a one night stay! And the room was a bit out dated and old school but good place to stay it wasn’t to bad! We got the casino king room tower and the bathroom are so tiny so now great for big people and the rest was good not to bad .
