was really a great stay the room was perfect on the 14th floor I think it was room 150 or 152 but it was clean private, I always like when I get a room with no connecting and don't have to ask or request it. everything was perfect

I booked a non smoking room and my room smelt like someone had been smoking in it for 10 years. I’m an asthmatic and booked this room due to my grandpa passing away and unfortunately left the hotel due to this. I was supposed to be fully refunded and am now still owing $130 on the room. This needs to be fixed

Property is very old. Pool area is small. Better options to stay at.

The room had a backed up since, the floor was dirty and it didn’t smell clean in there. Outside my room it was nice cozy hotel to stay. My room not so much what a way to celebrate my birthday.. uncomfortable 😞
