Check-in was the worst part. No one was manning the check-in counter either time I checked in. When I first arrived to check in, I knew I was early, but I was hoping I could check in. When the employee finally arrived at the check-in counter, she wasn't very friendly and seemed bothered that I was even there. She tersely said there was a $50 early check-in fee. To be fair, she did say they would aim to allow me to check in an hour early if I came back. By the way, we arrived at noon; normal check-in is at 3 pm. My 10-year-old son and I went and had lunch and tried to kill some time, but arrived back at the hotel around 2 pm. Once again, there was no one at the check-in counter. A crowd of customers began to gather, confused and irritated that there were no employees at all at the front. After about 30 minutes, the original lady that I had spoken with earlier arrived back at the counter. I was able to finally get checked in, but she again seemed bothered. The room, hotel grounds, facilities, and free breakfast were great, though.

The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.

It was close to everything. It was well kept. So very clean and comfortable. The dining area was spotless. The food was hot and plentiful. We could hear the toilet next door flushing and the footsteps on the floor above.
