Amazing

This was the nicest hotel and room I’ve ever had.

Requested room with accessibility due to limited activity intolerance and use of walker my receipt I paid for in advance reflected request. They put us on 3rd floor at end of hallway, shower did not have any handrails or hand held shower head. Make it extra difficult.

The rooms were very nice with the exception of the small sofa in front of the TV, you could not sit back on it because the back was short and hard as a peice of wood. Turned on the room refresh light at 1pm and service didn't arrive until 5pm. Also it was confusing to find because the sign says LaQuinta and not Windham. If not for those few small things I would have given 5 stars.

So few places consider cats as pets in their so-called pet friendly establishment, it was wonderful to find somewhere this nice that takes cats.

We were very happy with Hawthorne Extended Stay in Leavenworth. I highly recommended this hotel - great location, clean room, friendly staff, and good amenities.

Brand new, nice large room with kitchenette. Beds were comfortable! Grocery store and Bavarian town within walking distance. Guest laundry requires you to download an app and use ApplePay. Didn’t want to link my credit card to yet another app. Would be so much easier for your guests to just have coin machines, or add it to your hotel bill.

Garbage cans across the property were full or overflowing. One of the rooms I purchased for two nights was dirty. Counters are not wiped down. The sink was dirty. This gave us a concern about the cleanliness of the overall room.

Clean and convenient location

The door was very hard to open and we were waiting outside the door until someone from front desk had to help. They seemed short staffed. No swimming pool during the weekend, it was closed for maintenance, for the one night we stayed. TV doesn’t connect to any apps with internet access, it’s just there but could not watch anything in it. Overall the room was clean, location was good but everything else made our day bitter. I won’t stay here again.

Great location & kind staff! There is a free shuttle that takes you downtown Leavenworth. The pick up spot is right in front of the hotel. Room was very clean & spacious. We only stayed one night here, but wish we could've stayed longer!

The hotel was very clean. Our room was very accommodating for our elderly mother. We stayed in an accessible room and there was plenty of room to relax. The restroom had lots of grab bars making it easy for her to maneuver when showering. Absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved everything!

I will go back to that hotel, nice staff, and clean rooms
