Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park

Exceptional

I liked the separate bedroom from the living room. The pool and area was filthy. And way too small for the size of the hotel. Very disappointing for someone who seeks a hotel with a pool. My husband sat in a chair in the room and it collapsed to the floor. Also, no Bloody Marys on the “free” drink list? It’s one of the few drinks a diabetic can drink. Bloody Mary mix is cheap!!

The room needs updating. Leaky faucet, frayed carpet, loud fan that blows so hard, dirty tub,

The free breakfast is main reason we prefer Embassy Suite and usually have a good experience at Hilton properties. However this time was ended up with someone else's bar tab on our room. But the management took care of it right away. Happy ending.

Literally everything from the pool to a good tasting drink. It was great no dislikes.

The breakfast was great as was the location. Must be Hilton member to get free WiFi. The sofa was rock hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The $9 per day parking fee was not disclosed until we got our bill.

The stay started off a little rough. The systems were down and I had to manually check in. I had paid for an upgraded corner suite, but was put in a basic. The room was nice, but when I went to take a shower there was long black hair in the tub and I found a washcloth that had very suspicious stains on it in the corner. I notified the front desk and the issues were handled immediately. The happy hour was a nice treat and all of the staff were sweet and accommodating. Over all I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Just wish I would have got the room I reserved.

The thing we were most impressed with was the friendliness of the staff.

I live nearby. Just a weekend hotel stay with my wife and Kids so they could swim. Love the happy hour with snacks. Breakfast was great. The pool was fun and hot tub was great. Definitely will be back.

Very nice three night stay at the Embassy Suites Overland Park. The hotel staff was excellent!! Very easy to check in - and the two rooms we received were perfect. Really enjoyed the impressive breakfast that is available each morning. Definitely will stay here again next time I am in the Kansas City/Overland Park area. Thank you!!

It was a very special trip to Overland Park…Clean room, Staff excellent and my breakfast was excellent!!!

The location of the hotel was the first priority. We wanted to close the family, but having the pool access daily made to our refer breakfast were wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful!

We were supposed to be able to get into our rooms at 4pm and they weren't ready until after 5pm. The shower adjusting knob wasn't attached. The hair conditioner bottle was empty.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good. The grandkids and us had fun in the pool. Enjoyed their happy hour.
