Amazing place to stay Nothing

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I really like this hotel and will stay there again. I did have issues with the wifi and my closet had no hangers and the first time I didn’t have an iron for my clothes. The bathroom was my main concern because the shower was in really terrible shape. I laid down towels and used it, but was tempted to do a sponge bath. I did report this and they were good about saying they were putting an order in to maintenance right away. The bed there is always awesome. I had a two-room suite. Everything else is very nice. I look forward to my trip back this fall.

The staff was very welcoming. There is a convenient bar and breakfast area right in the middle of all the rooms.

The staff was one of the friendliest that we have encountered in our travels. They were very laid back but helpful, and considering all the foot traffic with the World Cup, the staff remained on top of things. The rooms were always clean, and without us even asking, every day we got fresh towels. The breakfast was good, and the omelet makers were very attentive and friendly. The place would benefit from some upgrades and some TLC, but nothing that would hinder our enjoyment.

Excellent location. Clean facility and very comfortable. There is a daily charge for parking. Most Embassy Suites on site parking is free.

Pool was nice and relaxing and the hotel was very pretty.

Cool vibe, nice layout. Breakfast amazing, complimentary bar drinks as well. Room was good everything great! Recommendations: extend breakfast hours for us late sleepers and put volume up on the tvs at the bar for ambiance, or play music.

Friendly staff Noisy AC

The breakfasts were great with a good variety and filled up the family and the happy hour snacks were good also. The pool was not the cleanest and so the kids did not want to get in it, That was a big part of us choosing that particular hotel.

Brent at check was so helpful!!! He did a great job welcoming my daughter's and I for our One night stay.

Parking good. Breakfast tasty Mold in bathroom. Door was stuck shut several times. We were suppose to have a suite for that price. TV was clear off to the left of the room

The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. The last time the house keeper let her self in while the room was still occupied. She did not announce herself either time. The front desk told me that I would receive points for the inconvenience, but they did not provide me with a case number. Their excuse was a language barrier with the house keeper as the house keeper speaks very little english. Mind you check out is noon and I had not communicated that we had vacated the property AT ALL!!!! So now Hilton shows no record of the complaint. Now I have to take time out of my day to call the hotel to see what the status is for this inconvenience.

Breakfast was great my room was great! Guest Service was nice help with any questions. Swimming pool area was small.
