Extended Stay America Suites Kansas City Overland Pk Nall Av

The property was clean and comfortable. The property could use some updating though as our bathroom and tub/shower had rust and the metal shower rack was worn and rusty. The toilet in one of the bathrooms in our suite ran constantly despite us trying to fix it. There was no carpeting but the floors were clean and looked like LVP. The rooms were spacious and the bed was quite comfortable.

Decent place to stay. Pretty clean. Only issue was that some areas did smell like old basement. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged.

Decent stay, smelled a little musty. Room was fairly clean.

Terrible experience at this property. Stinky hallways, very stinky room, limited bathroom suppplies. This is my most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. I had stayed in ESA property before and it was 10 times better. More than anything, how can a brand hotel be maintained at such ridiculous low levels? All they addressed was to give me a room freshener and asked me to spray by myself. The hallway to the room smelled so bad that I had to hold my breath every time I crossed that. Hope this feedback is passed back to the management so the stay can be less stressful!

The staff member who was at the desk was so friendly!! Very dated

Reasonably clean and comfortable for the reasonable price. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. AC, refrigerator, and microwave worked. Not a date or anniversary hotel. Fine for kids sport tournament place to sleep and clean up, to keep costs down.

No problem accessing parking. It was during this holiday weekend, with beautiful weather. I secured 2 nights, but I didnt really need 2 nights, and so when I tried to check-out before my first night stay was over, the Clerk said they wont refund the second night back to my card,,, even though they held an open account on my card of 2nights and $200 security fee. If I was not able to have that amount tied up,,,, then that would have been a problem. So dont secure multiple NIGHTS & SECURITY if you were to plan on a shoestring budget. That excess amount could leave you stranded until check-out and refund it back in a few days. My daughter and friends go to spring break with limited amount of funds and found out the hard way.

We like the kindness of the people that work there. They made sure to answer any questions we had and provide any extra items we might need. My husband appreciated the copy, but it would’ve been nice to have a little bit more breakfast

If you are looking for a no frills hotel that is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and in a good location, this one is great. The staff was very helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I will definitely return in the future.

Clean and nice room, friendly and helpful staff, good location and value. Small tv and low lighting in Bathroom.

Room was very clean, towels were decent quality. Had a small problem with the window window, and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
