Staybridge Suites Overland Park - Kansas City S by IHG

The room was 77 degrees and didn't cool down to 71 till after 9 o'clock. The coffee pot had a inch of liquid in it and full of mold.

Disappointed. Specifically booked a suite with 2 Queen/double beds and a pull out couch to sleep 3 grown men traveling to KC for the World Cup. When I arrived to check-in at 3 pm-- I was told that I had only 1 bed and a pull out couch-- that they did not have any rooms with 2 beds available. This was the only reason I booked this hotel. All they could offer me was "points" or an additional room discounted by 20%. Warning--Don't trust your bookings with this hotel chain.

It was always clean, it smelled good. The people were nice. Not a lot of pet noise. Close to highway. Good breakfast choices. I will definitely stay here again.

Would definitely stay again. It would really be nice for multiple night stays.

This was our first time staying in an IHG property and it did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the beds comfy. The staff working the morning breakfast was always on top of the food and keeping the place clean, asking if we needed anything. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, job well done!

Nice stay! Everything was good, very clean, convenient location right off the highway. Pool was nice and clean. Kitchen was equipped. The lobby area was very nice with tables to play games or eat a meal at.
