I loved everything about this hotel... the kitchen was great, all utensils etc.. plus full size fridge and icemaker, great staff, all was great!

Everything Fridge didn’t work

I like that the room had a full size frig, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. The Tv could have been better. With more viewing options.

The beds and pillows should be against the law they were so comfortable!!! Very nice place will stay again! 10/10 will recommend!!!

Hotel did not provide breakfast; that was the most disappointing part of the stay. Providing a breakfast would have been nice.

Staff is helpful and friendly Trash was piled up and overflowing by elevators and outside of the hotel my entire stay

Shower was not clean. Air conditioner was broken in room temperature was 79 degrees. Checked in at 6:30 pm got to the room temperature was 79 degrees then set the a/c to 68 degrees. Temperature had not gone down within a few hours. Called front desk twice no answer walked down and said the air conditioner isn’t working and asked for a fan was told we will look for a fan. After a few hours no resolution had to Door Dash a fan to be able to sleep. At check out advised front desk of the broken a/c and no one attempted to fix or help. Manager on duty did give some IHG points for the inconvenience. I will never return

Hotel was very clean. Kitchen had a toaster, stove top, a few pots and coffee pot. Very pleased with the size of the room for 4people. Staff was friendly and helpful! Had booked for 4 people but only had 3towel sets which was easily rectified. All in all a nice stay and would go back!
