The first room I was given had a broken mirror in the bathroom, the stove top was recently used and not cleaned with grease and other substances on it. The refrigerator had a pitcher of juice in it. I requested a room change because the room didn’t look clean. I was given another room and the kitchen light didn’t work, the microwave light didn’t work, the paper towel holder was broken, the upper cabinet door was broken, the lower cabinet doors under the sink were not aligned and would not close properly, the refrigerator door was difficult to open because it was so close to the wall and the freezer door had to be pulled open because it was cutting into the wall. The desk chair was damaged and peeling fabric was missing. Tried to call the front desk but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Probably because I complained about the other room. The description of the rooms say that only certain rooms are allowed pets but both rooms I was offered had pet signs and I prefer not to be in a pet room because of the odor and allergies. I gave up because I was staying for just one night to catch my flight the next day. I’m very disappointed because I chose to pay the extra money because of the online rating. The included coffee was also horrible but I really can’t complain because it was included. Management, maintenance, and housekeeping are not being held accountable at this property. I will say that the bed linen was clean as well as the towels and washcloths, so way to go laundry service!

Solid hotel

I loved the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable and it was a good location. We were on the fourth floor and in the bathroom you could hear the vent on the roof clanging all night long

But, the sink stopper in my room was broken. Staff changed us to a new room,but that room smelled like smoke. There was also a small behind a chair in the room. The TV kept shutting off by itself. i was supposed to stay for 3 days but, only stayed 1 night.

Good location. Dishwasher was a surprise. Suite well stocked. Front desk was good. Bed was very comfortable Room 406 had carpet that was dirty and creeped me out. I ended up leaving to go across the parking lot to another place.

I had a good stay with no issues, the place was clean and easily accessible. When I'm back in Lexington KY again, I'll stay there next time as well

There was a $75 pet charge that booking doesn’t include. This is also a nonrefundable fee.

I had booked a room with 3 queen beds but when we arrived was told they only had suites with 2 queen beds and a pullout. The pullout was a little dirty and had hair on it. The smell in the main room was off putting and smelled like barbecue and syrup. It needed airing out. Also, we had 4 adults and only 3 sets of towels.

Always clean and quite

The hotel is in a great location to access any Dr. appointments or tests at the Hospital. There are several places to eat that are really close even within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately due to having such early morning appointments we were unable to eat breakfast before we had to leave. There wasn't really anything that we were able to see that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. My only regret is not having more time to spend. Any future stays we will definitely try to stay here again,

Very nice hotel. Good coffee, very clean and maintained rooms. Great workout room, and very convenient for next day appointments at the Cancer center.

Room worked well for our stay. Nice kitchenette and en-suite bath. Well kept and convenient to local hospitals.

They did not seevw breakfast Beeakfast sandwiches for purchase Room was veey clean and acceotable but I thought I had booked the same room with a couch instead of a sesk chair onky but it worked well

Very satified

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the location was great. The whole time we were in our room, we tried to use the television and it kept booting us off and buffering, and we could not use the music station at all. Also, a maid walked in the room when we were in the middle of showering and not dressed without notification.. that was quite alarming!
