Beautiful accommodation that is well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Pools and hottest were very enjoyable. Very central and scenic location. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower stall could be a little bigger. Both personal preferences.

We got into town about 1:30 so I called to see if we could check in early. Check in is at 4:00 which is late. I was told by the front desk that they would call me when the room was ready. Of course that didn't happen. We went to the hotel at 3:00 and were told the room wasn't ready so we camped out in the lobby along with 3 other couples. At 4:00 as if by magic, all the rooms were ready at the same time. lol

We used complementary laundry and fitness center. Location was perfect; close to Loon Mountain, Flume Gorge and Lost River. Would highly recommend this property.

Getting a beautiful vacation apartment for the price of a 3-star motel was outstanding. The best part though was the staff who went above and beyond. For example, the concierge helped me with a problem with my car, I can't imagine a concierge at the Waldorf coming out to tinker with my car! Nothing.

Great location walking distance to restaurants, movies, stores. Awesome indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs! Condo style hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone was friendly!
