Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel - BWI

The bathroom was in a poor state when I checked in. When I prepared to take a shower, I noticed the shower doors were off track. Neither would open properly. There was no body wash, nor were there any wash cloths. To make matters worse the trash bin had no bag.

The room was more spacious than I imagined with two queen beds. I have read the reviews for this hotel on multiple platforms, and for the most part, they weren't as good. However, everyone's experience is different and I personally felt like the front desk was exceptionally kind, especially Sheryl. I was able to check in early, and she helped me with all my needs for the two days I was there. I felt safe inside the hotel and it was a close drive to the stadium. I also read the reviews about cars tires being stolen, and it is unfortunate to those that happened. I am glad the car we drove in with is intact. I do recommend the hotel for short stays as it was reasonably priced.

I loved everything about the property… from the warm welcome from the front desk, to the very well kept outside and inside of the hotel, to the vary spacious elevators, spacious room, and large bathroom! We also loved the amount of parking that was available so matter if we were out late there was plenty of parking and easy access back into the hotel! No complaints

Most went well. It seemed that I had to ask for bath towels and sometime what was given would not be complete. However, I would just go the front desk where the staff was accommdating.

Dirty rooms. Poor maintenance. Needs updating for the prices they are charging. Place is sort of run down and dated. Housekeeping definitely needs some work. Had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness.

Scott upgraded our room and was so informative about the area. Super service! Our bartender Antonia was so friendly and took special care to get our girls dinner ready when they opened the restaurant.

Room did not have enough supplies for reservation for 4. Had to request towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. Not enough lotion and conditioner for 4 people. Shower needs to be updates

Front desk staff, very helpful specially Scott. The hotel has very good potential but is being neglected in many area. Rooms are not clean clean, hotel smells musty, very beat up in my opinion, sink halfway clogged and toilets don’t flush properly. 2/5 I wouldn’t be staying here anymore. Family of 5

The house keepers only supply toiletries on request.
