We booked a room with king size bed and ended up with 2 queens. They explained they had to move us for some reason. We were disturbed most of the night by loud neighbors slamming doors Yelling etc. we found an item in the room from a previous customer that was funny and disturbing at the same time. I like the Courtyard and will come again just hope the next time is better.

Quiet rooms even though you are near the airport, great near by restaurants that are walkable. Minor cons- no fan in bathroom, carpet.

From the time we were picked up from the airport to when we left two days later, I was impressed with everything about this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and we had a great view. If I'm ever in Long Beach. This will be the first place I look at.

Nice hotel with good amenities, there is a bistro/cafe that serves food, pool is nice, room is clean, staff is friendly, lots of food options within walking distance, would recommend this hotel for sure!

& only minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that there are no sidewalks through the parking lot, so be careful if you're walking to the nearby restaurants or stores.

The location was great, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Very comfortable room. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Cancelled our reservation due to being at high occupancy but never called or emailed and expedia still showed the active reservation. Did not offer any apology or concessions for the trouble. We flew across country, took an uber to the hotel, and then had to cram in two king rooms instead of two doubles. Rough start to a family vacation.
