Our stay was good! Staff was friendly and always attended to our needs. Our room was clean enough and our bathroom too, just didn't have enough toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper...), but you can always request it. We brought our own, as we always do when we travel, so no biggy there. We had lots of towels available, which you may request more and as many as you need. The breakfast was good enough, if you're not picky. The lobby is big with a lot of seating areas to sit and dine or just chill and watch tv. The pool area is nice, with 2 bbq grills and a few game options around the area. They have many different areas to relax and enjoy the weather or company. We hosted 4th of July there and invited our family over, which was no problem to the hotel staff and workers. I thought that was cool that they allowed us to have visitors. Overall was a good stay! I would stay here again. Thank you!

Pool is VERY SMALL and VERY crowded, but nice. Lots of parking. Breakfast staff not the friendliest breakfast is pretty terrible, they shoukd just not have it at all. "We're CLOSED!" They said in an annoying tone when I asked. But I somewhat get it - a lot of work for low wages will do that to you. BEDS are VERY comfortable, rooms are very clean - wish they did NOT have Tv's. Showers are nice, walk in but shower heads are not great. One last silly thing: Black out pull down shade is white, so it acts as a light in the morning instead of keeping the light out - someone wasn't using their noggin... lol Good place.

Hampton does not clean your room every morning, they only clean your room once every three days.

Housekeeping is one time every three days. This includes trash. Be prepared to have to remove your trash from your room. Used the lobby restrooms and there were no towels or the paper towel dispenser was jammed and I walked with wet hands to the lobby desk and there were two people working. One was with a customer and the other I told that there were no paper towels in the bathroom and asked if they had any and she said there are napkins at the coffee bar. I walked with hands still dripping wet to the coffee bar and used the cheap napkins that then dissolved on my hands. The other person that had been helping another customer had called for me, but at this point I had to pick off layers of that had stuck to my skin. The dispenser was jammed on another occasion. That experience alone has made me decide that I will only stay at a Hampton Inn if it is my only choice.

Very nice hotel. Close to the airport, shopping and food within walking distance. Staff very nice. Second time stayin here and loved it both times. Will be my go to hotel when I visit LB.

I did not like the cleanliness of the room . House keeping every 3 days and no place to dump trash . Overall room is not clean

My biggest issue is the charge of $5.00 (each) to wash or dry a load of laundry plus $1.00 for a tide pod. With travelers traveling lighter, this is ridiculous.
