Hampton Inn Long Beach Airport

Hampton does not clean your room every morning, they only clean your room once every three days.

My stay was great and the breakfast was delicious

Housekeeping is one time every three days. This includes trash. Be prepared to have to remove your trash from your room. Used the lobby restrooms and there were no towels or the paper towel dispenser was jammed and I walked with wet hands to the lobby desk and there were two people working. One was with a customer and the other I told that there were no paper towels in the bathroom and asked if they had any and she said there are napkins at the coffee bar. I walked with hands still dripping wet to the coffee bar and used the cheap napkins that then dissolved on my hands. The other person that had been helping another customer had called for me, but at this point I had to pick off layers of that had stuck to my skin. The dispenser was jammed on another occasion. That experience alone has made me decide that I will only stay at a Hampton Inn if it is my only choice.

Very nice hotel. Close to the airport, shopping and food within walking distance. Staff very nice. Second time stayin here and loved it both times. Will be my go to hotel when I visit LB.

I did not like the cleanliness of the room . House keeping every 3 days and no place to dump trash . Overall room is not clean

My biggest issue is the charge of $5.00 (each) to wash or dry a load of laundry plus $1.00 for a tide pod. With travelers traveling lighter, this is ridiculous.

Clean and peaceful

Overall the hotel and experience was great. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast and tasted good and the room was great. I really liked the beds and comfortable enough for me to fall asleep easily. The only thing I wasn’t entirely satisfied with was that we needed the cleaning crew to service our room and they never came. We asked them in the hallway and they never cleaned our room and gave us new towels even though we requested it. The parking situation is a little annoying as well since it’s outside limited spots and you have to pay for it but it’s not that bad.
