We loved everything about this property. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely book this place again. NA

The little store was not stocked well. It did not have laundry detergent making the laundry ineffective. Breakfast area was "ghetto-like" and crowded with people who were obviously not hotel guests. I witnessed many people walk out with multiple plates of food.

7day stay on the Homestay side, with full sized kitchen. Hotel staff, amenities, pool, 24 hr fitness, laundry plenty of spaces outside and in commons room to help reset and relax. Breakfast was different every day, more than enough for me

We loved this hotel, very safe and clean throughout the hotel! And close to everything around in Long Beach. Our king size bed wasn't comfortable at all!!! It was very very lumpy.

But if you call they will bring them.

The hotel staff were friendly and our room very clean. Me and my family enjoyed one night of beautiful and spacious hotel room. I would recommend and come back again.

Staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. It took more than an hour to get towels, I called the reception 3 times and at the last time I called I was told that they were washing the towels, but I talked to an employee in the elevator and she immediately took towels to my room, which means the people at the front desk didn’t tell me the true. The same happened with bed sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets for the sofa bed that were in the room were dirty, so I had to call and they took almost until midnight and 3-4 calls fir them to send someone with the bed clothes. I didn’t see the same treatment with other people, but they were extremely rude with us.
