Really clean room, great customer service, we did not have a balcony although.

As for the accommodation, the only things I liked were the size and the view of the room, and that was only because we had specifically requested them.. I didn't like the location at all because there are no shops or places to buy food nearby; you have to order everything for delivery. The train station is quite far away—about a 15-minute walk—which was difficult with luggage. I didn't feel safe, as the area becomes very deserted after 10 p.m. I booked the hotel because they advertised a rooftop terrace and a pool, but it turned out the terrace has been closed since 2019 and pool access is restricted to guests over 21. It was a very unpleasant surprise to discover that the rooftop was inaccessible, as it was reserved exclusively for private events.

The hotel was cool but there are certainly issues. The lobby is nice well kept , nice ambiance , but when you get in the room the shower floods if you wash for more than 2 mins , the sliding doors for the balconies and dirty and had cob webs around the perimeter , the shower has cracks and the bubble tile flooring in the shower needs to be fixed .The toilet takes forever to flush the pressure is low . There are several dips in the shower floor, also the rooftop swim club that is covered in grass/turf also has several dips and me and my friend almost twisted our ankles stepping in the dips because we didn’t think we needed to looks for dips. Cracks in the shower and sink. I originally booked this room via Wyndham rewards for $576 but found it via my hotels.com app and used my one key cash and paid $391 instead . I’m glad because I would’ve been highly upset . The room was big the balcony was nice , but again cracks in the sink , shower and more . The elevator also didn’t feel safe it made a terrible noise every time we got on and off , and felt like it was dragging and scraping the walls to go up and down and there are only 5 floors on the main side of the hotel. Overall I stayed for convenience for an event at the hotel , but I wouldn’t go back!

The staff was nice, property looks upgraded. Our shower had mold, dust under all furniture and in bathroom. Hair from other guests all over bathroom shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Room without a real window - very noisy and dark

The pictures are not real on Expedia . I booked a room with a view based off the pictures and I didn’t not get that because the staff claimed it’s a 3rd party company that posted those pictures which I think is a lie . I wouldn’t have paid for that room if I knew I wasn’t going to get a city view

There’s a strong weed smell in the bathroom and the hallway. There’s a strong weed smell in the bathroom and the hallway.

Very friendly and helpful. Room leaked water. When moved to a new room that was "just like" the one we had, the big comfortable chair that was in the other room was not in our "new" room and the desk chair was wobbly. The bed could have been more comfortable. The mattress was slumped where I slept.

Everything was great. Staff was great. However, the main photo on the listing is of a pool. The pool doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s an additional $75.00 per day per person to use the pool at the neighboring Club. That’s deceiving advertisement and for that reason I wouldn’t ever stay here again

Hotel stay here was subpar. I was expecting Ravel to live up to its previous level of customer service and value and it just was not there. The staff was not welcoming and kind, they seemed even irritated at times while dealing with us and we stayed there for 9 nights along with parking. Would I stay again, possibly as a last resort.
