Good location, nice stuff Windows were leaking in the rain and many of my stuff got wet. Towels not clean. Bed is not comfortable, too soft and move around a lot when the other people tossing underneath or above…

This was a great place to stay, especially for the price. It was conveniently located near Manhattan, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I stayed in a four-bedroom dorm, and I appreciated that the shower and bathroom were separate from the sleeping area, so I could shower without disturbing anyone. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a nice bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was also a comfortable common area in the lobby where guests could relax, enjoy a drink, or just hang out. The kitchen was another great feature, with a refrigerator available for storing food and drinks. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The combination of the convenient location, clean facilities, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities made it an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff Price and the fact NY residents can't stay there

Very well located hostel, easy to reach from JFK or LaGuardia Airport. Also, easy to get to downtown

I liked how everyone kept to themselves and the room I was in was clean, hot water in the shower, towels provided, the staff were helpful, free welcoming drinks, and the rooftop scene was nice to cool down after a long day Nothing

Their lobby and rooftop with view of the skyline and bridge are nice, staffs are very helpful and rooms and common area are very clean. There are not many restaurants and cafe super close or perhaps I missed finding (there are multiple food trucks) but that is not needed as you can bring food from Manhattan and Jackson Heights (train at 6 min walk from the hostel), store in the fridge and heat up. Some people smoked on the rooftop 1 evening during the music event is when I had to leave the rooftop because I can't stand smoke. Otherwise everything was nice and I hope to book again.

It’s the best hostel that I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about it is great: facilities, cleanliness, comfort, location, etc. But, the best part about is the people. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the entrance. One of my favorite things is having a bar on site — and the best bartender by far is Saray, beautiful person inside and out, welcoming, incredibly friendly, and exceptional work ethic. She manages to do her job efficiently while at the same time making you feel like you have her undivided attention. Unlike the rest of the bartenders, she greets everyone who walks through the door and directs them to the check-in desk. The moment someone walks up to the bar, she greets them and is ready to make whatever they want to drink, even coffee drinks in the evening. She’s worth her weight in gold! I look forward to coming back and high recommend it to anyone coming to New York. 10/10 Nothing

Worth to the money

I really enjoyed my stay and amazing staff. Especially the cleaning crew. The kitchen was a great touch to my stay as well and definitely recommend for solo travelers.

Exceptional

De la habitación las camas muy bien, tiene AC, una puerta que separa las camas del baño lo que da más privacidad a las personas. El baño es compartido solo con las personas de la habitación. Siempre olía a limpio y el ruido no era la gran cosa, muy buen ambiente y servicio. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí.
