This was one of the more affordable last-minute options I was deciding on. Understandably there are some trade-offs. The bed was comfortable at least. In my opinion, this hotel is misrepresented from online depictions. Despite being advertised as a four-star property with scenic views, the actual room cleanliness, condition, views and service were not up to par. I photographed unusual stains in the bathroom and bedroom, shoddily patched up headboards and found the general stay uncomfortable. Even after storing my luggage after checkout, the front desk attendee said to me “you can come pick it up” from the storage room instead of offering assistance. As well, no one answered the phone when I called for a late night check in an unfamiliar area.

I think this is a fantastic hotel to be very close to Manhattan but related to price etc in a much more exciting range considering the excellent amenities of this Hotel. It is an about 15 min walk to reach sone lovely restaurants of Long Island City and the Ferry Terminal . We had a great stay and view

The location and the view were amazing There were about 5-7 flies in our room when we entered. Not really what you want when you’re paying $450 a night. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and a slight smell of it in our room.

Has many Tube Lines around. Comfortable bed. Large bedroom. Not much around the hotel (very limited options for coffee or restaurant). Not very cosy but was ok.

Room service was great! People at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful! Location was okayish. The room was pretty dirty to be honest, we even had a dead moth laying in the corner! Also somehow the noises from the hall went straight trough our closed door, so every time somebody at night came trough the corridor and opened+closed their door shut it was EXTREMELY loud, we had to buy earplugs specifically only for this. Not a lot of water came out of the shower which was disappointing. Area around the hotel is honestly a bit shady at night; I wouldn't book again here.

Great spot! Helpful employees, there was always someone at the front desk. Big spacious room, bed is super comfy. A little bit noisy at times but nothing out of the ordinary. Good distance from the subway station. Best

For last minute due flight cancellations and great price to had a great stay.

The hotel itself could use some updating, particularly the elevators and carpets. The elevators were extremely slow. On the positive side, my room was clean and spacious, which I really appreciated, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no coffee, tea, or complimentary water in the room. The staff were polite, but I felt the service could have been warmer and more attentive. At times, it seemed as though they were doing only what was necessary rather than going the extra mile to assist guests. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, but there is definitely room for improvement in the hotel’s facilities and level of service. thank you
