Clean room great views

Clean room, helpful & friendly staff and great view! Appreciated the premium toiletries as well. Well located not too far from the subway, a good base to explore Queens.

The whole property was under renovation so it was quite dusty. Hopefully it will look better in the future.

Love the friendly staff. The rooftop bar has amazing views and great happy hour food. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious.

Not worth the money when lobby is under construction

From the beginning our stay was amazing! After coming from a hotel nightmare, this place was awesome. The only critique I have is that there’s. o lobby space for guests to wait if they have later commutes, but still a great stay. we were also able to store bags for free (it’s included in the destination fee, among 2 water bottles, wifi and discounts). A special shout out to Anthony at the front desk for making our stay. I called about being on a high floor, and he suggested we move down floors because the bar would be open until 4am that night- a great call that my partner and i greatly appreciated. we’ve chosen to make this our permanent spot next time we visit the city thanks to his amazing customer service :)

The hotel is located in an industrial like zone. The common area is dirty and worse than a motel. There are a few bars/clubs around which will sometimes blast extremely loud music that can be heard several blocks out. The rooftop bar of the hotel also has really loud music on weekends all night long which can be heard in the room. The hotel allows non-guests to take hotel elevators to reach the bar which is not secure

Clean Room & Amazing View

Checking in the staff was great. Saturday night I was coming back to the hotel and the security that was working the elevator for the rooftop was extremely rude. We were waiting for the elevator and kept saying do not stand in front of the elevator when we weren’t we were touching the railing. When we got inside the elevator he said go in. We did and someone who was on came out. He said you were supposed to wait for people to get out. Even though he’s the one to tell us to go in. He thought the elevator shut but it reopened and I heard him say f*** rude a** people. That was extremely rude when we never gave him any attitude and it made my stay feel uncomfortable for a man to speak to two women like that.

View from the room was amazing. Room was designed well with a chaise lounge and king bed and window from floor to ceiling. Couple of issues: wifi was intermittent, could be attributed to lobby renovations going on. I had to ask an attendant to clean my room at 4pm. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Coffee and tea with fresh fruits every morning was nice. The engineer named Emmanuel who helped with the wifi was very helpful. The craft brewery across the street offers a 10% discount and have great beers on tap. Some hiccups but would definitely stay again.

The hotel was under construction - at least the lobby and the area downstairs. The check-in and the elevators were all good though. I was not on the roof, but there is a bar up there. The room itself was unusual with its T-shaped bunk beds, but the room and bathroom were clean and had everything one needs. I booked the hotel for its price (resort fee of $15/night is not shown initially).

Everything was high quality, with noticeable attention to detail. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even accommodated our early check-in, which we really appreciated. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the subway. The only downside was that the surrounding area felt somewhat industrial. They did have a beautiful restaurant and brewery directly across the street, as well as an amazing rooftop restaurant/lounge with an even better view of Manhattan. Other than that, you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes to reach an area with more cafés, shops, and things to do. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the hotel, especially the room, staff, and incredible views.

Great location

If I could keep the room I had all year long I would. Really clean and updated. Beautiful views of the city skyline. A luxurious comforting experience.
