My flight was delayed. So, I couldn’t go up to the rooftop because they're only opened 5pm-11pm. Free lemonade at the lobby. There was $17 destination fee. 2 bottles of water, wifi.. those should've included in the hotel rate. I felt like it was unnecessary fee. Other than that, I had a good sleep. Thank you.

We were able to see NYC and the Brooklyn bridge from the hotel room. It was one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever experienced, will definitely 100% recommend and go back there without a doubt. Rooftop being closed on Sunday’s.

Should not be rated 4 star hotel. Great views, relatively clean room, that’s it.

Love the Location it is nice will stay again I wasn’t able to see the hided lounge due to renovation and didn’t get to see the roof top restaurant due to only opening on certain days

Location in proximity to Manhattan is good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I had to cancel one room and they were very helpful in sorting it out. Also provided rooms next to each other when initially requested for two rooms. Very expensive - probably 2/2.5x the price due to WC period. But I feel like that is taking advantage of the fans. Long walk to the subway stop.

We arrived about an hour before check-in, and the front desk was able to accommodate us with an early check-in for a $75 fee, which was well worth it. One thing I wasn’t aware of before arriving was the $15 daily fee for non-local residents, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a longer stay. The hotel is currently being remodeled floor by floor, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to one of the newly renovated rooms on the 11th floor. The room was beautiful, but it’s located directly below the rooftop bar. If you’re staying on a Friday or Saturday night, expect to hear music and activity until around 4 a.m. Thankfully, I’m a heavy sleeper, so it didn’t bother me much. The moment I walked into the room, I was completely distracted by the incredible city view. I barely took any photos of the room because I couldn’t stop looking out the window! Waking up and winding down with that skyline made the stay even more memorable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book this hotel again. If you’re looking for amazing views and a convenient location, this is definitely a great option. Just be mindful of the additional daily fee and request a room away from the rooftop if you’re a light sleeper.

Other reviewers have mentioned dirty elevators, and I can confirm that the buttons, floors, and walls remained visibly dirty throughout my stay. The first room I was assigned to on the 5th floor was noticeably poor in quality (furniture was very beat-up) and the second room I was moved to on the 11th floor appeared newly renovated, but the workmanship and design were poor. The toilet and shower area was enclosed by a shower-style door, while the sink was located in the bedroom. The bathroom only had one hook for a towel to dry. There were no drinking glasses, no microwave, and no water kettle. The hairdryer, steam iron, and air-conditioning unit were new and worked well. The electrical outlets had USB and USB-C ports for charging. I also saw and killed 5 drain flies, which may indicate standing water or a leak. Water pressure was generally adequate but dropped unpredictably while washing or showering, suggesting poorly balanced plumbing. The toilet did flush powerfully. I likely would not stay here again, given the unpredictability of room assignment.
