    Location The staff member had very little understanding of English and made it difficult to communicate. We got there in the end but it took way too long as we were tired and just wanted to get to bed to sleep

    There’s not a single thing I liked about this property. The morning front desk worker whom is a woman has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She’s condescending and talks down to you. It would be in her best interest as she doesn’t know the customers staying there, for her to stay in her lane and learn how to respect people.

    The hotel was in a horrible condition. The room, walls floors were very outdated and dirty. The shower head was broken and spilling water outside the shower and when it was reported there was no solution or proper customer service provided.

    The bathroom and carpets were not clean and the room had so much air freshener that I got a headache. I paid for 2 nights but left first thing in the morning due to the smell. I also could not open a window to get fresh air. If I had not arrived so late the first night, I would have left immediately.

    Lamento mucho el mal entendido con el pago de Hotels.com con la propiedad. Por esta razón tuve que poner de garantia dos tarjetas y ahora tengo que pasar por el proceso de devolución de dinero. Practicamente tuve que pagar 3 veces por ese hotel. Aunque el propetario me devolvio una cantidad continuo sacando dinero de la otra tarjeta. Que mal. No recomiendo por ninguna razón el hotel ni hacer la reserva con Hotels.com

    The room accommodations was very poor. Looks like it hasn’t been clean or rehab in a very long time. Dirty bed linen and bath towels after I requested for some. Water sprinkler and smoke alarm Lolo’s like it hasn’t been checked in a very line time I have pics to support my statement and much more

    I booked 2 nights because our flight was cancelled. Was able to leave the next day, they said they refunded me the 2nd night. Haven’t seen it yet though. They advertised a free breakfast. It was packaged pasteries, energy bars and coffee. The Hotel is very run down.

    The room was dirty. All of the towels were dirty and the shower was so gross that I wouldn’t let my family use it. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I got ice from the machine and as it was coming out there was something black coming out with the Ice. The breakfast they offered was a granola bar with no other options. Overall my stay was not pleasant and I would not recommend.

    The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was always someone there, so that was nice. There was visible and significant water damage to the ceilings and walls, which made me nervous about mold, etc. There was no body wash in the room. The BIGGEST issue was the smell of POT, everywhere, in the hallways, the lobby, everywhere. It supposedly is non-smoking, but it clearly isn't. There was also no turn down. We stayed for 2 nights, and nothing was done. For the price of 589.00 for 2 nights in a double room for 3 adults, roughly 300/ night is way overpriced. If the facility was clean and not full of water damage and wallpaper literally falling off the walls with the very intense smell of pot, it would've been great.
