It is a nice and affordable hotel very close to Manhattan by subway. The neighborhood around is industrial and the area around the nearest metro station is not the nicest (Queensbridge projects) but also not too bad. The staff are all very helpful. The price is also good for its quality and closeness to Manhattan.

Flight dilemma had to pivot to overnight stay was able to get the hotel room late at night got there. The staff was alert friendly. The hotel was clean well stocked the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. the hotel is in an industrial area which was closed for the night, but there was a little street noise, but it dissipated quickly.

We had a good time at the hotel, very convenient for our family of four. The staff were excellent, particularly at the reception and the breakfast. Very responsive at any requests. The hotel itself, it is basic when it comes to facilities, but clean, and beds were very comfortable. The hotel provides breakfast for free, it is a basic breakfast but it is enough to start your day and the staff were making sure that everything was in order, clean on the spot and refill anything that was gone. The location in terms of distance to Manhattan and for traveling around e.g., to Brooklyn, major attractions etc., was very good, there is a subway station nearby to take you practically anywhere, and you are outside of the hassle of the main streets. The location is not the best in terms of safety, especially at night. The streets are not well lit and the setting is very sketchy. There is usually a lot of police around because of that, but I wouldn’t recommend it for walking around alone. The hotel would benefit from sound proofing, from the outside as well as the inside. We could hear anything that was happening in the corridors and the adjacent rooms.

The staff was friendly The location, the lack of space in the rooms

Breakfast lacking a lot of things. They not even had eggs.

Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. The location near the M train is also good. However, the amenities were not to my liking. The breakfast options were limited, and the thermostat in my room did not work. Also, it would have been nice if my room had a fridge.

The rooms could be cleaner. My room smelled like urine I think it was the mattress or linen that maybe a bed wetter was in my room before. But the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. The housekeeping did not do a good job at making sure the bathroom was stocked with soap or toilet paper and you had to ask and wait for it to be brought to you. My shower had dirt which look as if the shower was not cleaned. The room is very very small.

Location was convenient for the subway but tricky for street parking and no paid garages nearby Staff especially cleaning staff was very helpful and kind

Fantastic location. Very nice people working there which made it very enjoyable

So... if your looking around this area of LIC. STAY HERE. Its an actual hotel, not half city housing, no surprise hair plastered to the show wall. And soft beds. Good tvs... But if you shop it right, you can pull a Double Double room from Sunday to Monday for 130 total in July!

Noisy property. Next to a truck hauling company. Woke up at 1am to loud trucking noise. I specifically asked for their highest room and the noise was still loud. Plus no ironing board and iron in the room.

Hotel is located in an industrial area with limited dining options. There’s no restaurant on premise and no microwave or mini fridge in the room(I requested to be transferred to a room and was told that none of the rooms have them. You might have to park 2-4 blocks away. The walk back to the hotel feels unsafe since there are a no pedestrians around at night.
