Very clean breakfast is good

No Refrigerator in rooms. Small rooms and 100 deposit which gets held for 7-10 business days. Also located one block away from the Queensbridge Projects.

This hotel and location is convenient to the subway and has clean rooms. Not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about but it was a great stay for me and my group of friends who wanted to enjoy NYC and everything it has to offer!

Nice and clean! Room not spacious

I really like the hotel, the room, everything good. The only challenge is to find parking. I understand that is general rule in new york in general, but i think the hotel should to make an effort to have few parking places available

Great breakfast area for eating and gathering Neighborhood not stellar Room modest in size but clean

The breakfast was very good although it was the same every day but there was plenty to choose from. The hotel was very clean & comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The area wasn't very pleasant, no local bars, shops or restaurants. This wasn't really a problem for me because I have family living in center blvd which is only a 5 minute taxi ride and that is where I spent all my time. The area would definitely not stop me staying at this hotel

Had a wonderful stay here. The bathroom and room were clean. Loved that it had cable and we were able to watch live tv. Breakfast was amazing. Food was good. The staff were great too, very kind and efficient.

Staffs were professional especially Mr. Danish and Ms. Shriya were in touch after checking. Breakfast items need to be upgraded. Room was very clean.

While I appreciate the free breakfast and variety, it is hard to eat it every single day for 10 days. There were some very kind and helpful staff in the kitchen area/breakfast area. I'm really stunned at how terrible my stay was- from the beginning- the front desk staff were extremely apathetic and unhelpful including the manager. I booked for 10 days, am a Hilton Honors member and I am disabled- they showed absolutely no concern for any of my needs at all. The room was significantly smaller than I thought it would be- and I ended up in 3 different rooms due to terribly loud location, and then a water leak on the ceiling. This doesn't even feel like a Hilton property at all. Will never come back again- and the location is absolutely awful. Nothing around- industrial, not ideal.

Upon checking into my room, I found hair in the bed, on the toilet, and bathroom sink....Thank God I always do a bed check when I go into my room! There were strange stains on the walls, the windowsill, and the bedside table too. I go downstairs and ask for a new room. The front desk agent was not surprised AT ALL. She did not ask what was dirty or wrong with my room. She barely uttered an apology. This, to me, means it is a normal occurrence. So unacceptable. The surrounding neighborhood is not great. I would not stay here again.
