Great location for the price, furniture was beatup

Booked this place looking at the rooftop bar/resto, but they are closed - Mondays. Wasn't made aware of this during the booking.

The rooftop bar was completely overcrowded to the point where guests could barely even access it. When we got to our room, before even unpacking or touching anything, we noticed blood stains on the bed sheets. We immediately had to request another room. The second room was not any better — the beds felt broken and unstable, everything looked old and falling apart, and the entire room was dirty. The building itself felt disgusting and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority anywhere in this hotel. They also advertise parking, but there is no actual guaranteed parking for guests. There were cones blocking spots outside, and every time I needed to park I had to call and practically beg to see if they would allow it. I already complained directly to the hotel about everything and still have not received a proper response or resolution. I barely even stayed because the conditions were so uncomfortable and dirty that I could not stand being there. I am extremely disappointed and would like a full refund for this stay.”

Stayed for one night staff was very helpful. Original room they gave someone was using gave me another room. The other room in the morning when I was heading out (stayed for one night) had a cockroach.

The place was great! Would definitely recommend. The only thing to be weary of is that it is a little far from public transportation but super walkable during the day and at night!

The room was over 100° ran the AC full blast. It did not cool it down. It was unbearable. Upon giving the key to the gentleman behind the desk when we left the hotel three hours after checking in, he did not seem to care as he told him nobody can go in that room. It’sinhuman how hot it is.

The best thing about this hotel is the view of Manhattan. That’s the best of it. The pictures online look sparkly and clean but the reality is tired and shabby. The restaurant was closed, my TV didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone onsite to assist. There was peeling paint in my room as well as stained carpet. The walls are paper thin and the noise from my next door neighbors was over the top. Additionally, even though my reservation was prepaid, I was assessed a $17 fee after check out of which I was told it was a “destination” fee. As there weren’t any amenities at the hotel (including a working TV) I don’t know what that fee was for. This is in my top 3 worst hotel stays and I have traveled extensively. Buyer beware.

The hotel is great, it is what it is, all the rooms have a great view of the Manhattan skyline, air con is decent although ours was a little noisy our travel partner's was a newer unit and almost silent. The rooms are lovely. Bar on the roof is great, a little pricey and was a bit mad, not the quiet nite spot we were hoping for but def a good fun venue, we didn't get to the cellar bar. Would I stay there again? absolutely but be warned, the bar upstairs is open till 4am and if you are close to the top floors the bass is noticeable, not a problem for us. Loved it, what an amazing city and a really decent place to stay too. Magic! Quick not for the staff, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendlier, a lovely bunch of people. Well done all!

Great property

Great location! Wonderful jog/walk opportunities on the riverfront with wonderful Manhattan views. Overall, not a bad stay. Not sparkling clean. Some cheap, cut corners finishing.
-
Phenomenal hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was even made aware while checking in, that the rooftop gets loud and can be heard on certain floors. I was able to get a room on a floor where the music wasn't too loud. The room was clean and the view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were too soft. Headboards were worn out and in serious need of replacement. Shower door was oddly configured, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor. No in-unit coffee maker was inconvenient. Loud air conditioner was disruptive to my sleep.

The room is small

The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the Manhattan skyline is breathtaking! There’s no parking at all other than on the street; the closest paid garage is a 20-minute walk away, and the subway is a 15-minute walk.

Amazing city skyline views! Amazing rooftop bar with all around views! Comfortable room and spacious! Props to the amazing and friendly staff too! Would stay here again!!

Too loud on the weekends with the rooftop.
