Excellent service and location

The room was clean, and staff was friendly. Great location to get to the subway station, but not much to do in the general area.

The room was clean, and their employees were courteous and very helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. However, their response time with respect to the refund of the caution deposit is slow.

A bit more rundown than the photos, but the rooftop view really is something! Convenient but not exactly pleasant walk to the subway; the subway is very convenient for Manhattan visits. Helpful staff. Hotel rules are a bit oddly strict about breakfast, but assuming they have their reasons. Solid stay.

The hotel itself is very clean and well located. Unfortunately I had chosen the option online to pay later at check-in and the hotel decided to cancel my reservation after trying to charge my card in advance. When I called and asked for them to honor the price for my rebooking they did not which is unfortunate. When you travel you want to make sure your hotel doesn’t cancel your reservation and alters your plans. I would suggest not to pick the pay later option.

Just fine for the night. Good neighborhood with lots of options for food and entertainment.

The location is excellent and very convenient for public transportation. The room was not as shown in the photos. It was much smaller and looked run-down. The heater was broken, the room was not cleaned properly, and I even found hair on the bed sheets. Overall, the condition of the room was disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing.

Near subway station. Very convenient to JFK airport. No panhandling, beggars around the area. Good place to stay in NYC.

Breakfast was excellent and well-balanced; room were next to each other and clean, staff were warmly welcoming and supportive I was not aware of deposit money that the hotel retain for 3-5 days, I would suggest that this be highlighted before so that client come well informed

Nice clean basic hotel. Great location. Good parking if you are coming by car. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Nothing fancy but decent room and comfortable bed.

The French toast at breakfast was great, but keep in mind that they only allow one breakfast seating per room, so everyone in your party has to eat at the same time. On the downside, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom is a little dated. We didn’t get a chance to visit the rooftop, but overall it’s a fine, basic option.

Rooms are clean, amenities are simple.

Room was spacious for New York, Location was good for access to local restaurants on Vernon/47th. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel before check in time Breakfast limited to 1/2hour, we ended up going to a local bakery Bianco Latte Bakery & Cafe around the corner

I enjoy the stay. No complaints

So convenient to Mahattan by subway. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast included. Great staff. Great rates. What more could you want?
