Enchanté Boutique Hotel

Exceptional

Nice room and service

Good location, quiet

An exceptional Parisian experience in the heart of Silicon Valley

No easy parking.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stay there every year and it never disappoints.

Nothing really. The Google photos and descriptions in Booking.com did not match the actual place. No idea why this is a 5-star hotel when things were really basic. I booked a superior king room but got no patio. The room was dinghy with no air circulation or vents. I understand that the look is antique but the rooms actually were dilapidated.

I enjoyed my stay at this charming boutique hotel with plenty of French inspired decor/details. It was clean and well maintained. The location was great, conveniently located at one end of downtown Los Altos 😍

My suite was excellent. Outstanding. Location is great. Hotel doesn’t have much amenities beyond the cafe for breakfast and lunch. But location makes up for it. Overall I highly recommend this option.

Location Boutique vibe Restaraunt closed No iced tea readily available No instruction on parking etc Host was friendly but i got the vibe she wasnt genuinely happy to help us.

Unique boutique hotel in the quaint beautiful Los Altos downtown. No reserved parking space. The air-condition facility is a little too noise. Didn’t know the breakfast needs to pay extra.

All the amenities, location was perfect. You can walk to restaurants. Centrally located. Restaurant on property. Fresh baked croissants daily. The bed was a bit too hard for our backs. They did give us a topper which helped, but still wasn’t great for my husband.

The hotels location was wonderful. We walked to multiple restaurants and the farmers market. It is charming and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast that is included is only a croissant, bagel or cereal and coffee. Everything else, like eggs is overpriced.

The staff and the location and the croissants It was very tacky. There was a rack of clothes for sale in the lobby which was putting off . Then the curtains in the room were atleast 10 inches longer than required The sofa cum bed was dusty and the upholstery needed desperate dry cleaning and refreshment There was just too much room freshener in the lobby

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely staff. They kindly allowed me to do an early check-in, and the room was very Parisian and very relaxing. I was offered a coffee and a warm croissant upon check-in as well. I had breakfast there the next morning, which was delicious and relaxing in the sunny dining room. I would love to stay at Enchante again!

Location Old rooms, carpet with dust. For such price you except something different.
