City Center Hotel Los Angeles

A bit easy to reach Everything. Almost no furniture in the room. No proper water flow in the washroom. No hangers for clothes. AC was tripping after every three minutes, broken floor tiles. Poor and very old bed.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and had booked the room because of location and how the rooms looked. Unfortunately, upon arrival the hotel did not have our room saved and put us in a horribly delapidated It was a room close to the venue we were needing for our volleyball tournament. They GREATLY misrepresented their rooms

I felt insecure I won’t recommend cus it is unsafe place Something tells me it is related with human trafficking

Property owner allotted room to other customer without waiting of confirmed customer.

It had parking

Nothing at all they should not be renting units I went to 4 different units all four units had bed bugs and I was bitten by the bed bugs the owners still charged me and didn’t seem to care this place needs an inspection by the health department I have videos also

It was a terrible room and the toilet did not flush

The property was so dirty the rooms were messed up Windows broken , floor all messed up and the water didn’t work and the beds were disgusting

Motel He’ll, don’t go here No hot water and wouldn’t let me hava a room, I am still trying to get a refund, help

The staff was friendly. We never got a room key and the room felt like it was held together by tape.

They have new management don’t stay they stole money of my card thought I booked another day which I didn’t and have the nerve to ask did I book another night and I have proof I didn’t

I didn’t like that they were asking for ID for each person. Staying there

Other than the front desk person being nice I hated everything It was absolutely dirty. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom of the hotel. I attempted to be refunded cause I couldn’t stay another night however they gave me the run around and I still haven’t heard back. There was also human feces in the parking lot. It’s terrible

Staff were friendly. Room was incredibly run down. I'm not even sure if this is up to hotel standards. Floor boards were old and needed to be replaced, and wifi did not work. For some reason windows were tiled and missing a tile, so room was cold at night.
