The only good thing about this property is it’s proximity to the port. It is very dirty and has a dingy smell. I would not recommend.

CLOSE TO PORT FOR THE CRUISE. WALKING TO THE PORT TAKES ABOUT 12 TO 15 MINUTES.

No coffee making facilities in room or anywhere in hotel. Reception was reminiscent of Fawlty Towers.

The room was average. Bathroom was dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor in the room. Pool was drained. Front desk person was nice and location was excellent.

Room needed to be clean. Bathroom needed to be updated! Didn’t feel comfortable in the room! Replace the linens and towels! Very worn out. I wouldn’t recommend this place ! Staff were friendly and helpful!

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of things to do in the area and handy to the Celebrity cruise port.

We got 2 rooms, both with queen beds. One of the rooms was run-down, but fine. the other room only had double beds, not queen beds, and smelled funky, with carpet that didn't seem that clean, and was barely okay. We only stayed one night, and the location is great, but I didn't enjoy this hotel. The ice machine was broken, I didn't try the wifi, and the bathroom was old, but functional.

Convenient location near cruise ports. Staff friendly and helpful. Property itself is ready to be torn down and rebuilt. Very old and dated/deferred maintenance. Old furniture, broken windows, carpet should have been replaced a decade ago, partially painted walls, missing fixtures, cracked ceilings. Smelly hallways. Owners spending ZERO on updates and some repairs.

Location was the only plus, adjacent to the port. The pool, workout room, breakfast, 2 of 3 Ice machines were all “temporarily closed.” Stains on sheets, one bath towel, dank smell, wanted fresh air but no screens on windows. I would strongly recommend against booking here.

It is a very basic room. Air conditioning not great. No safe for valuables. Not the most...pleasant staff at front desk. You are here for the convenience for cruise departures, closest hotel.

Would stay here again.

This is my favorite place to stay When getting ready to jump on the ship and keep my car There . It has always been a great result and I short walk to the ship. The room is large to go through the luggage to make sure I have everything for cruising and it's quiet.

During check-in, we could hardly hear the person signing us in due to their office being completely enclosed in thick glass. The person didn’t seem to care about speaking louder either. As for the room, BR sink was cracked. Walls along floor missing tiles. Bathtub had holes in at floor level. Very poor condition overall. Would not stay there again. However, upon leaving the next morning, there was good coffee available.

Location is within walking distance to cruise port and good resturants. They also offer parking for duration of the cruise if it is short i.e. 7 - 14 days. Water pressure for shower was low.

Super close to ship port and just walked over to board Toilet seat was missing a “screw” so I nearly killed my self twice but I’m okay and learned
