The building is very old. One of the lampshades on the bed headboard in my room was being held together with red duck tape and looked sadder than the Disney character Eyor hanging down with whatever life it had left. There was hardly any blanket on the bed and the hotel really looked like it was falling apart. The carpets in the hotel all ways were old and gross looking. There were stains on my towels and they looked a bit dirty. Im not sure if they actually wash everything before the new guests check in. It wasn't very comfortable. If you need a place to crash it's okay. Just not the most comfortable or clean looking place. The staff were nice but it just wasnt a very holiday friendly hotel.

Why I’m giving such a low star rating at this hotel, is because the rooms were very dirty. I found hair hanging off of the blow dryer that was in our room nailed to the wall, I could also see dirt and what I thought may have been food, left on the counter and just filthiness on the floor. It was very, very visible to the human eye that these rooms have not been properly cleaned. there was one screen missing on our window and the screen left on the window was cut in half. My sister who also stayed at the hotel said she felt her room was cleaner than mine but the next morning woke up to a very large cockroach on the wall in her bathroom. In the back courtyard we seen mice running around on the grass with the back door entrance open to make it easy for any little critters to get inside the hotel. The location is great if you want to walk across the street to the port to get on your cruise line,

Let’s not talk about the bed rock - or the bed that we slept on, hard as a rock, pillows to fluffy. Overall for the price and location was a good value.

Hotel is old and bathroom are poorly maintenace. Host on front desk was not a friendly helpfull perosn.

Has potential but needed to request wash cloths as none we're provided. Ice machine had not been cleaned in ages and there was a huge area of the carpet that was soaked from a leak outside our room. Staff was nice. Left a Boppy pillow in the bed and staff said nothing was left in the room when we called. Disappointing

Location was great . Beds really small . Air worked great . Free parking is always great . Very outdated . No pool . Needs to be upgraded. Other than that it was ok will stay again for the price

This was literally the only hotel in the area that wasn’t grossly overpriced for the weekend which is why booked it, but on the website the pictures the reviews didn’t make it seem like a bad hotel so I was bamboozled. The hotel was disgusting. Stains all over the walls the counters the bathroom mirror even looked like blood stains the sheets had holes the mattress weren’t even protected so you see how old and dirty it was I didn’t really have to communicate with staff I was only there for one night I wouldn’t have been able to do two nights there with just how dirty the place was. Like it literally looks like the bought an abandoned hotel and didnt even bother to clean anything up before opening up and letting people stay there there was literally cobwebs and tagging on the curtains. Like it doesn’t seem like they have any kind of house keeping what so ever with how dirty and gross everything was.

Subpar hotel, but if you just need a place to sleep it will do. Room wasn't disgusting but also not great. Bed was ok. They use a top sheet as a fitted sheet which easily moves when sleeping and reveals the mattress. I also needed to ask for a blanket, as the sheet and bedspread weren't enough for me. The room was missing a microwave, so we had to go downstairs to heat things up. But what was most annoying was that our room key would constantly stop working and we had to get it re-scanned multiple times. But I will say the staff were pleasant and I liked the location.

Read reviews and was hesitant but still made reservation. Checked in on a Friday and left Monday . Didn’t have problems super nice only thing could use more towels we only got two big and two small . Air conditioning worked but was a bit dirty , walls were not dirty but had scuff marks we went to the warped tour festival Saturday and came back and I guess room service showed up and we didn’t ask for it . We double checked and all our stuff was still there thank goodness . Could use some warmer blankets but it was ok . Not the Marriott or Hilton but for the price point it affordable and we didn’t mind . No charge on parking either which was nice . I won’t be staying there again since this was my only trip down there but maybe they just gave me a nice room cause they saw I was with my son but who knows

If I could zero stars I would but the site won’t let me. The room was gross. Lights were out and they would replace them. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned…. I had to DoorDash bleach. There was used soap on the soap dish and shoe in the microwave. The AC was broken and it leaked to where we had to change rooms. They messed up my reservation. The staff was combative and not helpful. When they had us change room they did not send the staff to clean it for us after we left. We came back from a long day at music festival and the beds weren’t made and the towels were still on the ground. It was awful!

Staff was rude, amenities in room didn’t work.

The staff was awesome and a great place if your going to just lay your head down to sleep.

I was looking for a room to stay for one night. Before I book a room I go through the pictures and reviews and thought I was getting a good deal. When we walked in the room it smelled really bad, there was cobwebs all over the windows, there was kid drawing on the wall by the A.C, tagging marks in the bathroom sink and the toilet wasnt working. The staff did fix the toilet. Overall if your looking for a quick stay and trying to save money this would be the spot.

The carpet at hallways is very dusty, but their coffe is good.

Hotel needs some repair and updating. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, great view of ocean and port. Good location.

Clean room, needs repair but only there to sleep 5 hours before our cruise. Easy walk to cruise terminal
