Nice clean and very comfortable staying

The hotel smelled like mold.

The facility is terribly run down and old. The rooms were not clean. The floors clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time because they turned socks filthy dirty. Ice machine didn’t work.

Staff, please I'll check in, v location,. Definitely needs new hallway carpeting looks terrible. Only serves coffee in the morning that's bad..

Room was nice and clean. AC worked and had hot water and clean sheets. Older hotel, but had everything we were looking for. Location. Walking distance to restaurants and walked to pier to take cruise.

Every thing was good, convenient location to cruise terminal, but the pool was closed.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures they could use new furniture in lobby and just do some upgrades

Room needs a deep cleaning, light switch covers were dirty by bathroom sink and front door. Bathroom baseboards need cleaning and floor in the corners, some ceiling and wall repairs and painting. Needs old caulking removed as some areas had mildew or rust and apply new caulking around bathtub. Curtains only opened on one side, so you were not able to get full view of your harbor view out the window, one side had the rod to push/pull curtain open the otherside did not, and when trying to open by just pulling it would not move..

Dated Hotel next to cruise port, it was clean.

Great location if you’re going to the San Pedro pier or queen Mary, had a amazing view from my window , staff was friendly.

Do not stay here unless youre desperate. The room is dirty and dust clouds came out from the AC unit which was held together by tape when we turned it on. No phone in the room. Tried calling the hotel from my cell but it just goes to the answering machine. The ceiling has water stains all over. Beds are old and springs poke you. Mold in the refrigerator, shredded curtains, mold and bad smell in the restroom. No amenities. The pool is drained and full of leaves. Check in was unremarkable barely a welcome or hello. Just took my money and gave me the keys.

It is an older hotel, the a/c was loud, but the staff was friendly. There is only coffee fir breakfast, so I found an awesome coffee/bakery/diner just around the corner called Collosus! Excellent coffee and breakfast items including croissants, french-style Omelettes and french toast and brioches!

Good stay for the night it was very quite

The property itself is extremely dated. Pretty bad carpeting, rooms shabby (with a strange collection of furniture) and all in need of serious updating. Lots of mold/black stuff around the tub and generally tatty. Nice looking pool, we couldn't use it as it had no water in it!

Pros; parking, air conditioning, location. Cons; everything else including condition of the rooms.

Did not enjoy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to the cruise port. The hotel had an odour of an older place, so that wasn't great, but understandable. The bathroom was quite run-down, but again, for an older hotel, I could overlook it. What was unacceptable was that there were no blankets on the beds, just two sheets and only 2 thin pillows per bed. We were very cold and uncomfortable as the AC wouldn't turn off, and we ended up opening the window for heat.
