Our room was huge and the location near the port was excellent. They overbooked the shuttle to the cruise ship and we were left behind to wait for it to come back. Fortunately an Uber pulled up to drop people off and we were able to get it to take us. They have no room service, a liter of water at the hotel shop was $25 and the front desk staff was brusque. They clearly rely on a captive cruise clientele and don't feel the need to try.

Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean. Carpet is showing its age and is quite dirty in some areas. Mini market is overpriced but it is what it is. Stayed 1 night only between cruises. Convent location to the cruise port and they have a shuttle.

Location Seemed older, worn furniture. Lacking amenities

Staff was friendly and loved that our room had a back door to go to the pool The enterprise that was there.. they would hit the car alarm so early in the morning and it would wake you up out of a dead sleep. This would go on all morning… they seemed to not know the type of car they were renting out. It made sleeping in very difficult

Restaurant service was abysmal. Food was poor.

We enjoyed our 1 day stay it was great.

Check in was an absolute nightmare. Multiple computers were down, huge line in lobby waiting, staff couldn't help, managers were hiding in the back. It took more than an hour to check in after check in time. After check in, the stay was uneventful, but several small items in room didn't work (e.g., remote control). The property seems well maintained, but is clearly aging. The bar staff was really nice and service was good. For the price, I don't feel this was a good value.

Location prior to our cruise was great. Local streets had great cafe and restaurant choices

Convenient walkable to a lot of food folks & fun Plus on-site facilities

Great location for battleship tour, maritime museum, and getting on the cruise line

Breakfast and bar food very good
