Room had no towels in apon check in , had to wait 25 mins for some towels to arrive. Hot tub jets are poorly maintained.

The room was a nice size The parking was trouble, rooms were out dated, the bathroom light switch in odd spot, toilet to close to the shower

Good location and Valet was friendly and efficient. However, the Front desk staff was rude and did not accommodate early check in for Platinum Elite Member (as promoted) and forgot to contact me when the Suite was ready . The Suite had really old furniture and that were scratched, chipped, and from circa 1960. Bathroom did not have power switch in the bathroom....

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, my room was great and very comfortable. My only complaint is I reserved a room with ocean view and instead I I had the view of a huge construction going on next to the hotel. Same construction that did not allow me to sleep as the workers will start working at 6:00 in the morning. You can hear the loud machines and the noise of the construction, I wish the hotel or Expedia will mention this when you are making your reservation.

Location No parking, valet was careless with my vehicle leaving windows open and car unlocked. Lost my key fob on last day. restaurant closed early on Fathers Day morning.
