I stay here because I was taking a cruise from the nearby port however my room overlooked the garbage and pool chemical areas, the area was poorly maintained or kept clean with a bad odor, my room lacked a closet for hanging clothes, no hair dryer and half of the light bulbs were burned . Next time I’ll stay at Long Beach hotels and use an Uber to the San Pedro cruise terminal

Loved how clean the hotel was and the size of the rooms very large. Only thing was and can't say it was the hotels fault but the homeless outside the hotel. Other than that great stay.

Great location before our cruise. Hotel staff was amazing and morning buffet great. The room and hallways were rather old and the room showed signs of repairs but overall we were very happy with everything.

We had a double suite and it was HUGE! Furniture and fixtures need replacing.

The only thing that was a bit annoying is the hotel and room was hot! Seemed like the AC wasnt at its full potential lol but hopefully they can fix that issue. Otherwise great clean room.

Hotel was nice for the price. Definitely in an older neighborhood and parking was difficult at times especially if you have a large vehicle.

No amenities in room we literally didn’t have a towel to put on the ground after taking a shower or any towels period. The room itself was ok otherwise. Parking is convenient in the garage but smells musty and gross down there. Staff is friendly.
