Great staff and location. The hotel needs some updating for the price they charge.

No amenities in room we literally didn’t have a towel to put on the ground after taking a shower or any towels period. The room itself was ok otherwise. Parking is convenient in the garage but smells musty and gross down there. Staff is friendly.

Very disappointing room... the lack of maintenance and modern renovations are too obvious... feels like an early 1990s... a half-step above a Motel 6 if that.

We arrived at our hotel for check-in and got told that they wouldn't have a room for us for our whole stay. They overbooked and we had to find another hotel. Also a homeless person charged at us with 3 golf clubs while we were walking around the hotel.

Excellent location for before/after a cruise. Just a short walk to the fish market, maritime museum, and firehouse museum. Also, several excellent restaurants are nearby.

All the staff were personable, courteous, and attentive. I forgot a shower chair and thought I was sunk. They graciously brought me one no charge. Crown plaza has always been my go to in Pedro. The Double Tree used to be the go to for me but 500 to 600 a night for Marina view and the hotel has declined in service, hospitality and just looks now degraded. The Crown also has a great bar, piano, food, drinks. Best Value in town. Under 250.00 one night ❤️ Provide an optional larger soft pillow for my neck

We loved the breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was eager and willing to make a special breakfast plate. The rooms were clean and cool. So refreshing from a hot summer day. Everyone one at Crown Plaza was so polite and helpful. Thank you Crown Plaza for making our stay a pleasant one.
