Location near port for cruise Old. Small, not really clean because of age of carpets, walls, bathrooms etc. Staff tried their best but building should not be listed as a motel or hotel with booking.com

The location was great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 7 day food store. Also an easy walk down to the harbour The floor in the room was greasy and the hallways smelled a bit like urine

The location was terrible. The online picture of the outside was definitely NOT the hotel we stayed in. There was no hair dryer, shampoo ,conditioner or lotion in the room at all.There were no outlets to plug any devices into. The A/C was very noisy and didn’t seem to work well.

This was the sort hotel room we have ever had. Small, not in good shape. We even had to ask for toilet paper!!! Having to walk up steps lugging suitcases just to get into the hotel

I had a booking all was confirmed till the day I was arriving and I got an email to say my booking was cancelled, AND TO TOP IT ALL THEY TOLD ME NOT TO CALL THERE AGAIN As I said DISGUSTING. RUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Nothing Bed bugs, flat bed, bad neighborhood, shady staff, need I say more

Property is simple, clean, and gives you what you need. A place to sleep at night. Room was very clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Passable

I stayed there for one night. The room was clean and the AC was working good. Granted this isn’t a Marriott hotel so don’t expect anything grandiose lol There’s a no smoking policy inside the motel but it isn’t enforced at all. Check in and check out was smooth. I was able to sleep throughout the night.

Local to cruise port - super.com cancelled our reservation at Nearby Crown Plaza, without notice and no refund so far - had little option but Motel 6 thinking it would be usual basic accomodation. No towels until 5 pm - had to continually remind staff that we needed them - when finally arrived 1 towel was dirty and unusable. See photo. USB ports not working - unable to charge phones, devices. No fridge, no ice, no nothing. Small room, small bed, tiny bathroom. Noisy AC. Bags needed to be carried up stairs, no ramps, no lift. Cost for 1 night $194 USD.

Not a good place to stay

Nothing Arrived at 2:30pm was told could not check in until 3 pm, they held the bags in a room, got back there just after 3pm to be given room key went up to room and there was no towels went down to reception and was told none available to after 5:30pm. Went out for dinner then came back to hotel to find bed bugs. Never stay at motel 6 again

Not clean. Terrible management. No parking.

Walking distance to cruise terminal. Safe walk via promenade with dancing fountain show. Eateries within distance. Surrounding area to the west and north not probably the safest when dark. Not the best soundproofing between floors. Dogs barking next door. Lo

I heard multiple people leave and complain right when they checked in. My room was right across from on front desk. I tried to go get some towels since there were none in the room. The lobby smelled like weed and the guy at desk would not say anything to me. So had to take a shower with not towel and dry off with my own cloths. I also am fighting with them to get my 60 dollar deposit back. They charged my card and will not refund. I would not recommend this hotel. Very hard to find since in middle of neighborhood.
