Overall great was a few dirt spots on the walls and doors burn holes on the comforter, but staff were great/ friendly.

Price location, and a shuttle ride to the cruise terminal. Continental breakfast service The room was clean, but the elevator and other areas of the buildings were not.

Tv in room had no cable and stream service from Vizio didn't work.

The location was good and close to the cruise port. Old building and musty smell in the room. Insufficient furniture in the room to accommodate two gusts. Only one chair in the room.

Not much The area was full of druggies, the bed was like sleeping on concrete

Place was kind of a dump, but that was what I was expecting. However, all the room furniture was not in great shape, the shower didn't maintain a steady temperature, and the curtains didn't block out the 24/7 lighting,along sleep a little rough.

Friendly front desk people. I did not know I ordered a smoking room. Never smoke in my life. Hard to sleep in that room.

Room clean good location. Rooms freshly painted. Shuttle to cruise port. Bit run down On the outside. Breakfast very poor consists of granola bar and a bun, coffee machine.

Run down old outdated not even cheap! Like a motel 6 wo the $59 room fee. Has a FREE SHUTTLE TO THE PORT... you sign up for a time based on how you arrive so arrive asap. Then you wait bc they make you arrive 30 minutes before your shuttle time! It was a little scary in the neighborhood they say breakfast lol there is apple orange honey bun and granola bar w coffee in the space of a bathroom.

i arrive on a Wednesday check in went pretty smooth .. i get my key cards i walked up to the second floor enter my room and instantly it smells like roaches as if its infested .. so im already upset then i put my stuff on the counter i tired to turn tv on remote doesnt work so i get upset again.. i look around floor has dead roaches in the corners the base boards are all cracked on the floor the roof looks like its falling apart the sockets dont work to charge my phone ... i moved the sheet so i can sit on the bed and the blanket was full of hair differnt peoples hair and that did it for me it was disgusing i called the front desk no answer i attemped again then someone did answer i told them my issue they offered to send someone to change the sheets and blanket . so we waited just standing their mind u we just drove 4 hours then i get a call to the room they said the GRAs (cleaning people) were busy so they were gonna switch me rooms so i had to gather all my stuff again walk it down the stairs put it back in the car go back to the front desk get the new keys for the new room i asked politely if someone can go check the room for me the front desk man said ill go with u and you look he seemed a lil upset but he did walk with me to the third floor the room was much better didn't smell like roaches and it looked freshly painted although there wifi did not work at all i was able to turn the tv on but i wasn't able to change the channels nor turn it back off dresser very old

Friendly staff, close to the royal Caribbean port to leave for a cruise. Not enough pillows, bed was a little to soft.
