Rude and unhelpful staff, sketchy residents. Avoid if possible

Dirt bag hotel. For the price they charge is unreal, if you pay over $50 id pass.

Location to port was good, our room was fine, but dated. However our friends room was pretty beat up.

They help you with your needs and directions.

Shower was left dirty and not cleaned. Very noisy ALL night long to where my son and I couldn't sleep. When reception was called the manager was very curt and rude. Light was coming in through curtains.

Shower water pressure was low and sink wasn’t cleaned well.

On a positive note, the guy who checked us in was very nice, friendly, the lobby was clean and he let me park right in front of the lobby which made me feel safe.

a very clean 2 star stay. the staff was helpful and receptive to my request for early check in. I've been in awful hotels, this isn't one of them. you get exactly what you pay for.

Very run down, paint peeling off the walls, holes in the walls, tv was not working. The plus was that the bed was at least comfortable.

The dumpiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Shower was disgusting. Holes in walls. Poorly maintained.

Property is in very poor condition. Noticeable maintenance and cleanliness issues in room and exterior. Will not stay again.

Staff was nice. Room was probably 80+ degrees when we walked in. AC off. Took hours with window unit to cool room to comfortable temp. Bathtub was badly peeling. Not particularly nice room.

If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel, it works They do as little as possible to upkeep the rooms The beds were fine and everything in the room worked. The swimming pool was nice. The staff was friendly.

Clean room

-close to the port for Royal Caribbean which is a major plus! main reason I booked. -free shuttles. all you had to do was ask and they write your party on a paper for the designated time. -front staff extremely nice. helpful. -air conditioner worked good. I would recommend for short stays and if you are wanting transportation to the port.

Parking was free, air con worked great. Plenty of clean towels on request. I hate to be critical, but guests should know what to expect. The place is fine, but not a holiday by any means. Published pics are a VERY generous interpretation.
