I feel like for the price of the room they should at least offer free coffee

Very hot hotel, especially the hallways. Room has a/c (split unit) on wall but actual hotel itself was very hot and uncomfortable. We never had room serviced by housekeeping after first night, had to request it twice. Found pillowcases thrown and forgotten on my open suitcase by housekeeping. Husband walked down hallway to find where to return them. Finally, hotel had a very strange smell throughout that was most pronounced our first day of arrival. Not sure if it got better or we got used to it. Next time I have to be in San Pedro I will book another hotel further out and drive.

The hotel was disappointing. Hilton? No. Nothing worked in the room. The bedding was substandard.

Made our experience to the cruise awesome before and after. The drop off & pick up so happy to be back on land lol.

Location A bit grubby

The staff was kind, Unfortunately the hotel kept the exterior doors open, so the entire hotel restaurant and amenities were hot and muggy. Thank goodness the room air conditioning was working.

Lots going on during the Saturday afternoon/evening (wedding, get togethers, families with kids of all ages). Lots of laughter and conversations. Great staff. Really good food in the restaurant (dinner and then breakfast). Reasonable prices. Quiet room. If I ever need to be in the San Pedro area again, I will definitely want to stay here.

Given a different room compared to pics on ur site, no self serve laundry contary to ur sites advice, A/C units putrid. Walking in bare feet in the room left black footprints on bath mat. They were at fault but so are you gutsiest

It was a very nice hotel. They are working on updating the facility. I was given one of the furthest rooms from the elevator. It was difficult to roll my suitcase on the carpet and it was quite a hike to the pool which also crossed the main area of hotel. I did not have a robe so I did not get to enjoy the pool. The breakfast buffet was expensive for what it was. The shuttle to the cruise ship was a bonus as well as the yummy cookies.

On the Marina good location Air wasn’t working to good and the windows were too dirty to be able to see the marina

Staff and Everything is great about location except the rooms. Definitely could use updating. All the rooms had a strong smell of mildew, furniture stained, carpets stained and unraveling. For the price i was expecting better in the rooms. Hilton you have some work to do at this property

The hotel room smelled like mildew. The tub was dirty, I paid for a balcony and couldn't sit outside the balcony was dirty so was the furniture on the balcony. I had a hard time opening the door. For $450 that room should have been cleaned and updated. The sheets on the bed looked dirty. I slept in the chair with an ottoman. I was totally disappointed in the room the location was good. Everything about the room.
