The staff was amazing and even though the hotels full Fourth of July weekend, all work together to make things flow. I always stay there when I’m visiting family in San Pedro. I’d say the only downfall this trip was the bed was not comfortable. They were always known for having the dream beds and they always allowed you to have the best sleep.

Very nice location and pretty exterior. Pool was nice but needs some upkeep. Room needed a deep clean and floors throughout the hotel needed vacuuming. Staff was not super excited to help.

The staff were amazing! The restaurant there was extremely slow. We had a rehearsal dinner there, And we didn’t get served until two hours after we were seated. It was a very slow day and they had plenty of servers and we only had one tending to our 25 table. The hotel could be cleaner there were a lot of empty glasses and things like that laying around by the hotel rooms. The views were OK. They did upgrade my room from a one queen to a one king with a balcony, which was very awesome because I was meant to have a two queen. Again the staff were amazing. Maybe just updating the hotel in general might be nice. We did go on the Fourth of July weekend for a wedding. Would I booked a hotel again? Absolutely.

Love it they didn’t tell us about the free shuttle so we wasted a lot of money on Ubers when we were just trying to get something to eat when we had to wait a long time to be able to check in but other than that great loved

Would recommend. Staff is super friendly and they look so sharp!

This hotel was beautiful and situated right next to the port. This provided an excellent opportunity for a nice walk around the area in the evening. We felt very safe. The hotel was clean and although you could tell it was older, it was very well maintained. The bartender makes some great martinis 🎉All in all, we will definitely book at this place again.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned! Surprised when we walked in. Then had to walk all the way back to the front desk to ask for a new room.

This hotel is located in a beautiful spot on the marina. The property is maintained very well on the outside. The rooms are in dire need of upgrading. While the linens are up to par, the furniture is all beat up and looks terrible. The carpet is worn and has tears by the sliding doors. The outlets look like they’ve never been wiped down at all. There was a lot of dust. The restaurant has a mandatory 20% gratuity added to every order. The patios attached to the rooms could use a good washing and paint as well. The hotel does allow dogs, but I didn’t see any doggie bags on the property or trash cans to put the waste. The staff at the desk could be friendlier as well. They look like they don’t want to be there.

What a nightmare was there for one night for an event nearby waited in line 45 minutes to check in to be informed our room had no towel towels. Someone would be brought which I don’t think ever were brought up to us in the morning was running a little bit late was asked for a little bit of a grace. Be able to check out 30 to 60 minutes later and was very rudely informed that no that was not possible.

Very comfortable hotel with easy access to Cabrillo Beach. Every time we’re in the area hubby and I like to make reservations here

Good for what we needed :) just an overnight before a cruise .. the room had a nice view, could it use some updating yes? Was it high end? No, but it was so close to the cruise terminal. The view was great and it was about five minutes away from a pretty good restaurant called 22nd St., Landing.

We stayed here before our cruise and the staff was very helpful. The shuttle service went very well getting us to the port.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. For the first time in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I was charged 25 dollars for parking. The 15 dollar buffet was meager and the check had a 3 dollar service fee, then added a line for additional gratuity. The switches on the side table lamps by the bed didn’t work so, I had the maintenance man turn them on. I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. If you want to be nickeled and dimed endlessly, this the hotel for you.

Great location with beautiful views. Staff was great. What you expect from a Hilton.
