The Guest Harbor Inn - Port of Los Angeles San Pedro

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Really comfortable. It was perfectly located for the cruise ship terminal. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely coffee and nice to have water in the room too. Really good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was very clean and the shower was a step in which we liked. Air conditioner was loud, but we were ok with that as we were cool.

The hotel was good for a one night stay before our cruise. The only issue was the air conditioning was loud and had a sour smell when it was running.

It is clean, not expensive, and close to the porch where we were catching a cruise ship

The location in reference to our cruise ship port was perfect. The young man that checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was a room, kind of threadbare, no frills at all, but we were just staying overnight before our cruise, so it worked for what it was. I didn’t see one bug, and that is always a point of favor in my book!! The shower was great, nice and spacious, but the toilet was kinda squirrelly. The back of the tank was buffered with what looked to be pool noodles!! It worked fine, though, so…..

Many reviews of this motel and others in the area said "sketchy neighborhood", but we did not find that to be the case at all. Not any sketchier than any other part of LA, at least! We felt perfectly comfortable walking around to choose a restaurant at night (and highly recommend Niko's pizzeria/restaurant). The ferry to Catalina and cruise ship terminals were only a short walk away. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Great for pre cruise stays

Very close to the port, within walking distance of several restaurants. It looks a little run down from the outside but was quite nice once in the room.

Rooms were clean and recently renovated. Most things were supplied except for crockery and cutlery. Manager allowed us early entry to the room as we were exhausted. It's not close to any attractions or the cruise terminal however the $11 taxi fare to the terminal was great.

Good shower, had what was needed The air conditioner was very noisy, the microwave had to be moved to find a PowerPoint, when the other person in the bed moved I got bounced awake, only 1 chair for two people to sit at the table for a meal,I did ask for another chair and got it, but it wasn’t as comfortable

If you are on a budget, but don't want a dump this is the place. No luxury but clean and comfortable to get some sleep from your sightseeing. It's within walking distance to downtown San Pedro for dining.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Was a great value for the rooms and location. I have no complaints.
