The Winfield Lofts, A Wyndham Hotel

Great staff, amazing room, spacious, clean, good amenities. Walking distance to a few nice places, depends what side you walk towards. Overall amazing stay especially for an 8 night stay, apart from the noises every night. Very very noisy location, if you are a light sleeper you will probably not be able to sleep most of the nights especially weekends where there is music blasting until like 1am. At night you will at least here about 10-15 police/firetruck/ambulance sirens (I wish I was joking).

Staff front desk communicated well on the phone and in person, unit entrance door was strong/safe-lock, inside room has lots amenities. The clothes iron was dirty/pumped out left-over dirt on my clothing while I was ironing, didn’t have microwave, bath slipper, and no in-house parking have to pay for outside parking lot no validation.

Spacious Floor type in the bedroom isn’t suitable. It’s cold & gives an appearance of not being clean

My overall experience is probably 2 stars just because of the customer service; they were 5 stars all day!!! I like the concept and the room is spacious, but it was dirty. The room was dusty, the coffee maker still had some coffee from a previous guest, our sofa had a big, nasty stain, the type that says “ seat at your own risk.” The A/C fan was super loud, but no louder than the people partying on the hotel patio until 3 a.m. My wife and I woke up high; our room had a super strong smell of mariguana, I can only assume someone in the room next door smoked all night. Never again

Great location close to the 7th St / Metro Center subway station. The room layout itself was very spacious, featuring a full kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer stack. The individual staff and security members were polite. As a frequent traveler, basic hospitality was severely lacking: • Leftover dishes were left sitting in the dishwasher from prior guests. • Beds were not made during our stay, and dirty towels were left sitting in our room after fresh ones were delivered. • No coffee pods provided for the Keurig in the common lounge, no microwaves in units, and laundry detergent was not replenished. • Keyless PIN entry at every door, unmarked building exterior with zero branding, and heavy street noise throughout the night. • First time ever skipping a tip-there was simply no hospitality oversight to warrant one.

It was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, amazing, and both my day and I just loved it! I can’t even think of any except there’s no sign outside so I drove past it three times.

Room and staff were fantastic. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, loud music and sirens all night long.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the room and amenities were above and beyond. Place was difficult to find because the building had no signage.

It's beautiful. The staff was nice. The amenities of having a full kitchen is amazing. The location is in an area of high night traffic we could hear people talking outside yelling and screaming, and arguing. There were many ambulances and police cars passing by the woke us up and scared my grandbaby.

Hotel and Room were very clean. Plenty of space in the room and well maintained. The Hotel had been closed for construction prior to my stay, so there were a few things that needed resetting before taking new guests. The key code for my door did not work. The TV did not work as it needed to be reconnected to the internet, which required the host to come into the room. Also the hot water took about 45min to heat up, and still never got "hot". I had to purge the air out of the water lines first, as it seemed like the water hadn't been run since it was reopened.
