Little Tokyo Hotel

Love it

Nothing Dirty, full of bed bugs, people doing heroin in rooms. When I complained they acted surprised, switched me rooms to another room infested with bed bugs. This place is a public hazard. Asked to dry my clothing, asked for payment. Do not read the reviews, I am not sure how they have so many good ones but not what they say at all!

It was close to everything The bathrooms and showers were on the other side of the building

The hotel is perfectly positioned in distance to Olivera street and the Little Tokyo market area, and has very kind and welcoming staff. Personal preference but i didnt like the squeakiness of the bed I received

The hotel is always clean which is amazing considering they are shared bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. Was in an extreme heatwave 104f and no aircon but knew before, that was the case 3 fans in the room. Note-there are stairs to carry bags up Staff are very helpful

Excellent location with a lot of restaurants in the street Everything that is said before : no AC, the smell…but you get what you paid for.

It was located perfectly, the staff was super nice, shower and bathrooms were perfectly good and the neighbourhood Little Tokyo is so lovely and safe. Mini fridge in the room was very nice! We checked out at 11am but had a couple hours before we needed, and the front desk were lovely and kept our bags secure until then, very sweet. It was a bit hot due to there being no air condition (historical building so they are not allowed to install)

It's so clean and the staff is so nice. No air conditioning, but they have fans in the rooms.

Location is good in the middle of little tokyo Very old and rooms had mouldy smell. No air conditioning and bed was uncomfortable

The location is close to the public transports, including metro, bus. It is also in the walking distance to the LA downtown. The eateries surrounding are affordable and mainly Japanese cuisine. There is no air conditioning in the property. It is hard to deal with the heat in the extreme summer weather.

Hotel is close to Union Station and Arts District, and in the heart of Little Tokyo The rooms only have fans, no air-conditioning

I liked how the hosts were very courteous. The sink wasn't working, besides that it is everything I would expect from a two-star hotel. Just understand, there is no TV, and the bathroom and shower is separate from the room, you share it with other people.

This is the second year I've booked an longer stay (Anime Expo) and for the value and location, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is located in Little Tokyo and is less than a 5 minute's walk to the metro station which will directly take you to the Pico Station located right next to the convention center. Keep in mind that bathrooms & showers are shared spaces, but they are well-maintained. I also used the laundry facility (keep in mind, coin laundry) and found it very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay near the Little Tokyo area and will be using the metro systems.
