Location is perfect for walking to restaurants , bars, whiskey row. Fun and interesting art! Every team member was accommodating, professional, and friendly! Beds are comfortable. There was nothing I didn't like.

The moving penguins kept us laughing. We had an issue with our truck and the Valet was so helpful. We loved our nightly nightcap. We will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

This is meant to be the flagship 21C and it was at one time, but it has started to fray at the edges noticably.. having stayed at the Lexington location recently I was saddened by the fallen state of the flagship. Even the gift shop was ramshackle. The peguins have all faded.. the room decor was tatty.. what was the meaning of what looked to landuary netting stappled over the beds? It felt like some charity shop try hard highschool art project. The bathroom lights were gloomy.. its simply a sad state of affairs. and considering the boom of small chic hotels in nearby hipper locations .. the 21c Louisville needs to step back into what they started as and bring it. They were the first.. let it not be on its last leg

We love 21C, whenever we travel that is our first go to hotel. We have one in our hometown and love what it offers and the rooms are phenomenal

A very eclectic hotel. Part hotel part art gallery. Always enjoy staying here, I don’t usually comment on Men’s Rooms , but the one in the lobby is is the 2nd most unique one I have ever been in (only surpassed by the one in Jerome Bettis’s bar in Pittsburgh!)

The location was so convenient, every attention to detail was covered. The amenities and the nightly complementary bourbon in the bar was a nice thank you touch. I have stayed in many hotels across this country, a Plus to the museum hotel. NOTHING

The hotel ambiance was fantastic, it is an attraction itself. Hotel residents are recognized and get nice treats. The restaurant and bar are very welcoming as well.

It was beautiful! Everyone was so friendly. The duck in the shower is the cutest!!! There’s no fan in the bathroom and it almost is too quiet. Which normally not a bad thing, but a little background noise or something.

This unique hotel is artsy, fun, and very accommodating. Popular restaurant and bar. Art exhibits featured within the hotel are interesting, extensive, and definitely worth a look!
