Very nice hotel

We where immediately greeted outside and I side. The i side looked really nice. The lady that checked us in was super nice. She told us about world fest and gave us recommendations for food which we did and it was amazing. I forgot my brush in my glove box and the valle attendant got it for me. Honestly the only thing was the price of amenities in the room.. However I understand how convenient fees work so its ok.

Location on whiskey row was convenient and hotel has good bones and could be a 5 star however air conditioning was not working well and housekeeping turnover resulted in less than optimal room & linen cleanliness.

Friendly staff and room was excellent

The hotel is beautiful and so was our room. I don’t think we’d stay again though. Unfortunately our air conditioner in our room didn’t work and by the time we went to bed and tried to turn it on there was no one to help us at the front desk. So it was really hot and no air circulation. Also it was extremely noisy all night long and no air conditioner to block out the sound. Lastly the floor in the bathroom is beautiful but the grout is black from caked in dirt and grime so we didn’t feel like we could walk around without shoes on.

Everything was spectacular. Only thing I would change is the water pressure in the shower.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was super clean and well kept. Room was clean, well appointed & decorated. Cleaning staff had left the AC on full tilt, so my wife loved that! Valet was a little slow, but I believe that was an outside contractor and they seemed understaffed, so not really the fault of the hotel. The only reason I knocked off one star was because of an overnight ruckus outside our room that unfortunately led to the police coming by the next morning and knocking on doors. Not sure if the hotel could have done anything at all to avoid the issue, but it was a detraction from our experience nonetheless.

Hotel was tastefully decorated. Friendly staff and management. Restaurant was closed for a private event when we were there so can’t report on that. Nearby $10 nightly self parking in a garage was much less expensive than the hotel’s valet service. Nice robes offered in the room.

The breakfast and location were great!!!! We were in walking distance to the distilleries and the Ali Center. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved our stay at the Grady, it was our second time and it did not disappoint!

The hotel is a nice boutique type hotel. Nice decor and large shower. Good water pressure and comfortable bedding. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and changed rooms, but mechanical issues happen. The staff was responsive and helpful. It is conveniently located in the main downtown area. Rooms are quiet at night. If you do park on the street, watch out for the birds they will cover your car if you park under a tree. there are lots of other parking options in the area.

Great property and so convenient on Whiskey Row in downtown. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
