Staff were exceptional.

Wonderful place to say. Friendly stars , rooms are clean and big . Close to many attractions.

Loved our stay at the Grady, it was our second time and it did not disappoint!

The hotel is a nice boutique type hotel. Nice decor and large shower. Good water pressure and comfortable bedding. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and changed rooms, but mechanical issues happen. The staff was responsive and helpful. It is conveniently located in the main downtown area. Rooms are quiet at night. If you do park on the street, watch out for the birds they will cover your car if you park under a tree. there are lots of other parking options in the area.

Great property and so convenient on Whiskey Row in downtown. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location was great. We loved the hotel's decor, and our room was great. The decor was nice, comfortable, and clean, and it included a refrigerator, robes, and a steamer (instead of an iron). Great large bathrooms and a room with a thoughtful layout. When we return to Louisville, we will definitely consider staying here again.

From the moment we arrived, Chance and Chris gave us such a warm, friendly welcome. They made the check-in process quick and seamless, and we immediately felt right at home. The lobby was beautifully designed with timeless decor, and the entire hotel was spotless. Our room was just as impressive, with a classic, elegant feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was another highlight. It was the perfect walking distance to our event, making it incredibly convenient. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Can’t think of anything!

Room was a good size, beds comfortable, hotel room was quiet, no outside noises bleed into it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Highly recommend.

Our room smelled like sulfur anytime we walked in for the first day. The smell was gone when we came back from breakfast the following day. The fridge was very smelly like the last person’s food when we opened it. None of these comments would deter me from staying here again, I just wanted to make you aware. My daughter and I both mentioned how clean it was to each other, so that is a win in my book! There is a great bakery next door and the valet service is great! I felt safe and it was an easy walk to the yum center.

Very convenient; friendly staff. The valet, Chance, was extremely helpful and friendly. Pillows too hard and too big. Restaurant mediocre.

Travis was quite informative and entertaining.
